探討三軸加速器穿戴型裝置於測量護理人員身體活動量之應用

摘要


背景:規律且適當的身體活動有助於健康,身體活動量的監測可以運用科技以達更準確的測量。 目的:本研究想界定護理人員使用不同穿戴型裝置於測量在不同程度活動下(非常輕微、輕微、中度、重度)身體活動量之數值範圍並比較之,以作為未來評估身體活動量的參考。 方法:徵招30位受試者,依文獻活動強度分級的定義,以代謝當量界定護理工作常規活動分類,各分類活動進行5分鐘取中間3分鐘,受測時慣用手同時配戴兩款三軸加速規穿戴型裝置,經分析後得到每個活動量(非常輕微、輕微、中度、重度)之活動數值範圍,並以運動自覺強度量表(Rating of Perceived Exertion;RPE) 評估自覺感受。所得資料利用SPSS for Window20.0版統計軟體進行計算分析,統計方法採以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、操作特徵曲線方法進行分析處理,本研究之顯著定為 p < .05 。 結果:四種不同活動程度的數值在SOMNOwatch-mg-Mean和SOMNOwatch-mg-MAD都是有顯著性差異(p<.001),SOMNOwatch-卡路里在輕微和中度及重度活動是有顯著差異(F=105.52,p<.001),小米手環-卡路里在四種不同活動的數值是有顯著差異(F=192.37,p<.001),%HRmax在中度和重度的活動數值是有顯著差異(F=40.61,p<.001),Borg`s RPE量表在四種活動的數值都是有顯著差異(F=88.71,p<.001);並各自界定出不同活動的切點。 結論:SOMNOwatch穿戴型裝置能作為測量記錄在不同程度活動下(非常輕微、輕微、中度、重度)身體活動量之數值範圍,並定義四種活動強度的數值,未來期許可成為提供簡便、有效長時間量化身體活動量的評估工具。

Background:Regular and appropriate physical activities are beneficial to health. Measurement of physical activity monitor can be more accurate by using current technique. Purpose:This study used two wearable devices to measure the amount and levels of physical activities (inactive, light, moderate, and vigorous) in nurses while they performed nursing work. Results from this study will provide references for further assessment of physical activities. Materials and Methods:Thirty nurses were recruited from a medical center. Nurses wore two triaxial accelerometers (SOMNOwatch Plus and Mi Band 2) on the dominant forearm while performing physical activities. Each level of activities was carried out for 5 minutes and 3 minutes in the middle were used for analysis. Levels of physical activities were defined by the metabolic equivalence (MET) intensity into inactive, light, moderate, or vigorous activities. The subjective feelings of each level of activities were evaluated by Borg rating of perceived exertion (Borg RPE) scale. Descriptive statistic, one-way analysis of variance, and receiver operating characteristic curve were used to analyze the data. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS Window 20.0, with p-values < 0.05 considered statistically significant. Results:The mean and mean amplitude deviations (MAD) of SOMNOwatch , calories of Mi Band 2 and Borg RPE scale had significant differences in 4 different levels of physical activities (all of p <.05). Calories of SOMNOwatch had significant differences in light, moderate and vigorous activities (p <.001). %HRmax had significant differences in moderate and vigorous activities (p <.001) Conclusions:SOMNOwatch can measure the range of 4 physical activities and define the value of very light、light、moderate、vigorous physical activities. It can be a convenient and effective modality to provide long-term quantitative measurement of physical activities.
