不同頻率補充膳食纖維對於減重成效與血液生化值之探討

摘要


本研究主要探討不同頻率補充膳食纖維,對於飽足感、食物攝取、減重成效與血液生化值之影響。本研究招募37位體重過重之成年人(身體質量指數大於24),研究時間共8週,隨機將受試者分成每日補充組(每日一次7公克)與每隔一日補充組(每二日一次7公克)。本研究膳食纖維來源為洋車前子。結果顯示兩組在熱量、膽固醇攝取量、體重、體脂肪重與身體質量指數都有顯著降低(P<0.05)。每日補充組血清總膽固醇、三酸甘油酯、血管硬化指數與低密度脂蛋白(P<0.05)有顯著降低;而每隔一日補充組以上所提血液生化值有下降但並未達顯著差異。本研究結論為不論每日補充或每隔一日補充膳食纖維皆能降低飲食中熱量攝取而達到降低體重、體脂肪與身體質量指數之功效; 至於改善血液生化值則需每日補充膳食纖維。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect in satiety, food intake, weight loss and blood lipid profile by providing dietary fiber in different frequencies. This study recruited 37 overweight and obese adults (BMI>24), and they were randomly separated into two groups: QD group (7g Psyllium Husk/day) and QOD group (7g Psyllium Husk /every other day). After the 8 weeks treatment period, the subject’s intake of energy and cholesterol and subject’s body weight, fat and BMI showed significantly decreased in both groups, however, there was no significantly difference showed in between groups. In the aspects of blood lipid profile, there were significantly decrease in total blood cholesterol, triglyceride, vascular sclerosis index and LDL lipoprotein for QD group (P<0.05), however, there was no significant change showed in QOD group. In conclusion, supplement of dietary fiber with effect in reduce food intakes and weight and fat loss. However, the decrease of blood lipid profile seems only found in daily supplemental group. The amount and frequency of dietary fiber supplement in outcome effect of lipid profile will need further investigation.
