研究報告指出桑葚具有預防血管中血栓形成、抗氧化、抗菌、抗發炎以及穩定神經之能力,也被廣泛應用在食品工業的防腐以及化妝品工業中,食用桑葚的益處很多,它可以止渴、消水腫以及提振精神等功效。本研究顯示,桑葚水萃取物對於TSGH膀胱癌細胞有毒殺效果。為了確認細胞死亡是否為凋亡的型式,進一步使用DAPI染色與Western blot來辨認。實驗結果顯示,隨著濃度上升以及時間點的不同,我們看到在明視野下的細胞有減少的趨勢,但就螢光視野下的細胞,核濃染的現象沒有顯著的表現,無法單就DAPI的染色,來判斷細胞有凋亡的情形。在Western blot的實驗結果顯示,不管是任何時間點與濃度,可以發現凋亡現象不是很明顯,懷疑有可能為別種細胞死亡的模式,或許是粒腺體所導引的死亡,也有可能以另一種死亡的方式呈現。綜合以上結果,本研究顯示,可以發現在MTT的實驗下,看到細胞死亡的事實,但在DAPI染色以及Western blot的實驗下,凋亡的情形不是很明顯,只能單就MTT的資料來說明細胞死亡,所以還需探討到底是由於什麼樣的因素,造成細胞死亡的原因,以期未來探討深究,找出其他的路徑,未來能對膀胱癌有所貢獻。

Western blot experiment results show that, regardless of any point in time and concentration can be found that apoptosis is not obvious, suspect that there may be other kinds of cell death mode, perhaps guided by the mitochondrial death, there may be in another showing a manner of death. Based on the above results, this study shows, can be found in MTT experiments, see the fact of death of cells, DAPI staining and Western blot experiments, apoptosis of the situation is not very obvious, only the MTT information description of cell death, so the need to explore in the end is due to what factors, resulting in cell death, to investigate with a view to the future to the bottom, to find other paths can contribute to bladder cancer.
