力竭性耐力運動後補充蘋果醋飲對 成年男女血中疲勞相關生化指數之影響

The Effects of Apple Cider Vinegar Supplementation on Fatigue-related Blood Biochemical Indices of Adults after Exhaustive Endurance Exercise

摘要


本研究目的在於探討血液中十項運動疲勞相關生化指標( BUN、Creatinine、Albumin、Lactate、CPK、LDH、Cortisol、Testosterone、CRP、IgA )與最大攝氧量的相關程度,同時研究運動力竭後,補充蘋果醋飲對血中運動疲勞相關生化指標變化的影響。研究對象為34位健康成年男女(其中男生16位,女生18位,平均年齡25.97 ± 8.54歲),第一次先採集運動前安靜狀態之血中運動疲勞指標,再利用跑步機依據Bruce Protocol進行最大攝氧量測量,並計算每一項生化指標與最大攝氧量之相關係數,以探討兩者間之相關強度。接著在運動力竭後15分鐘,隨機分配受試者補充蘋果醋飲280mL或純水280mL,休息45分鐘後第二次採集血中運動疲勞生化值,由個人前後值之變化百分比值來比較蘋果醋飲與純水在男性與女性對恢復疲勞是否有差異,統計上的顯著差異訂為p < 0.05。 本研究結果顯示: (一)最大攝氧量與運動疲勞相關生化項目之相關係數r值,呈高度相關性的有Creatinine (r = 0. 72),Testosterone (r = 0. 69)與BUN (r = 0. 58) 是中度相關性,其餘指標為呈現弱相關或接近無相關。(二)男與女之間的運動前生化指數,VO2max、BUN、Creatinine、Testosterone、CPK與Albumin有統計上的差異存在。(三) 男性在運動力竭補充蘋果醋飲45分鐘後,出現Testosterone 濃度提升與體內Lactate值降低的效果,有助於疲勞程度的減輕。(四) 女性在運動力竭後補充蘋果醋飲,其結果與補充純水一樣無差異。總結以上結果,本研究發現,運動後補充蘋果醋飲對成年男性可以幫助疲勞的減輕,對女性之運動疲勞改善則無影響。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between the fatigue-related biochemical indices ( BUN, Creatinine, Albumin, Lactate, CPK, LDH, Cortisol, Testosterone, CRP, IgA ) and maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max). Meanwhile, the influences of apple cider vinegar intake on lab indices change after exhaustive endurance exercise were studied. The pre-exhausted lab indices were collected via cubital vein from thirty-four healthy adults (16 male and 18 female, mean age 25.97±8.54yr). Then they ran on a treadmill according to the Bruce Protocol to obtain VO2max. Fifteen minutes after exhausted on the treadmill, the subjects were assigned to drink either 280mL apple cider vinegar or 280mL water. The second blood samples were taken 45 minutes later and indices were obtained for comparison with pre-exhausted data. Statistical significance was established at p < 0.05. The result revealed that the correlation coefficient r value of the fatigue-related biochemical indices and VO2max were 0.72 for creatinine, 0.69 for testosterone and 0.58 for Blood Urea Nitrogen. Other indices showed no linear relationship. There were significant differences in VO2max, BUN, creatinine, testosterone, CPK, albumin between male and female. The testosterone level increased and lactate level decreased which indicated the anti-fatigue effect of cider vinegar in the male group. In female subjects, no difference was found between vinegar group and water group. In conclusion, cider vinegar supplementation after exhaustive endurance exercise has anti-fatigue effect in male subjects, but not found in female.
