探討加護病房護理人員對於生命監測系統輸入模式之相關性

摘要


在科技日新月異的時代,護理紀錄轉化為電腦化進行,縮短紀錄時間並提升醫療照護品質;如何建構符合醫護人員資訊系統,減少護理人員撰寫護理紀錄時間,提升工作效率將是未來醫療資訊系統趨勢,因此本研究探討加護病房護理人員對於護理生理監測系統輸入模式。 本研究屬於回溯性研究,以次級資料進行縱向性研究分析,並以生理監測系統為自變項、上傳至系統所花費時間為依變項,控制加護病房各單位、職稱等變項;使用卡方、Kruskal Wallis檢定等,分析2018~2019年不同科別加護病房護理人員對護理生理監測系統輸入模式與上傳時間差。 本研究一共7個加護病房,單位以CCU心臟重症加護病房為最多患者,新進護理人員使用護理監測系統頻率最高,在輸入模式中以人工輸入為最頻繁;在Kruskal Wallis檢定分析中職稱、單位與上傳至系統花費時間皆有相關性,在卡方檢定中護理人員使用系統輸入模式與職稱、單位皆有相關性。 加護病房以及加護病房護理人員對於護理生理監測系統輸入模式與上傳至系統花費時間具顯著相關。本研究結果希望能提供醫療機構之參考。

In the era of rapid technological advancement, to shorten the recording time and improve the quality of medical care, nursing records are transformed into computerized processes. Therefore, how to construct an information system that reduces the time for nursing staff to write nursing records, and enhance working efficiency is the future trend of medical information system. Based on that, this study explores the input mode of nursing physiological monitoring system for nursing staff in intensive care unit. This research is a retrospective study using secondary data for longitudinal research and analysis. Respectively, this study applied the physiological monitoring system as the independent variable, and the time spent uploading to the system as the dependent variable. In addition, control variables include intensive care unit, job titles and other variables. Utilizing Chi-square, Kruskal Wallis test, etc., this study analyzed the difference between the input mode and upload time of the nursing physiological monitoring system of the nursing staff in the different department of intensive care unit during 2018-2019. Totally 7 intensive care units are used in this study. Among them, CCU cardiac intensive care unit is the unit with the most patients, new recruit nurses use the nursing monitoring system most frequently. For the input mode, manual input is the most frequent one. In the Kruskal Wallis verification analysis, the results find that the job title, unit and the time it takes to upload to the system are all related. For the chi-square test, the results find that the input mode used by the nursing staff in the system is also correlated with the job titles and units. Significant correlation between the input mode of the nursing physiological monitoring system and the time spent uploading to the system by the nursing staff in the intensive care unit and the intensive care unit is also found in the study. In conclusion, the results of this study hope to serve as a reference for medical institutions.
