人際關係、情緒智商與幸福感關係之研究

摘要

過往的研究多半針對情緒智商與人際關係、情緒智商與幸福感或人際關係與幸福感，探討兩者間的相關，但少有同時探討情緒智商、人際關係與幸福感三者之間的相關。本研究旨在探討情緒智商、人際關係和幸福感彼此的關聯，將人際關係設為情緒智商與幸福感的中介變項，並接著探究人口學變項與情緒智商、人際關係和幸福感的相關。
研究結果顯示：戶籍地與情緒智商在統計上呈現顯著正相關，而性別、年齡、宗教信仰、花多久時間與朋友相處和如何改善同學間的關係，以上人口統計變項皆與情緒智商、人際關係和幸福感並無顯著相關。在情緒智商、人際關係和幸福感三量表的相關分析中，三者彼此在統計上都有顯著正相關，而將人際關係作為中介變項時，發現情緒智商對幸福感的影響會受到人際關係的強弱而影響。
最後，以迴歸統計方法驗證本研究的五項假設，最後結果均與本研究假設相符合。因此，培養良好的情緒智商會間接影響人際關係的發展，進而正向影響幸福感。

The past researches mostly discuss on the relationship between emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship, emotional intelligence and well-being or interpersonal relationships and happiness, but few researches study discuss on the relationship among emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationships and well-being. The purpose of this study is to understand all of them. Interpersonal relationship mediated the relationship between emotional intelligence and well-being. This study also explores how demography influences emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationships and well-being.
The results show that sex, age, religion, leisure time with friends and improvement of relationships with friends, all are not significant influence emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship and well-being. Only household register do significant correlation with emotional intelligence. The relationship among emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationships and well-being were significant correlated. Interpersonal relationship is a mediator between emotional intelligence and well-being.
Finally, this study used regression analysis to test the five hypotheses of the study, and found consistent result with the hypothesis of this research. This study also found that emotional intelligence is directly influence the development of interpersonal relationship and the well-being.
