摘要

如今，大數據在我們的日常生活中變得越來越流行和普遍使用。面對同樣產生大量數據的醫療行業，大數據的應用推動醫療行業進入新的世紀。大數據在健康科學上的應用有很多面向，包括: 預防醫學、診斷疾病、精準醫學、研究開發和公共衛生等。但伴隨著大數據在健康科學上的逐漸普及，需要解決的問題亦不少，像是病人隱私、參與度、數據的準確性、相關臨床指南的統整還有醫療人員使用大數據的培訓等，都是現今醫療應用大數據所需解決的問題。

Since big data become more and more common, and cross though our daily life. Big data got the advantage in the use in medical science, which is produce lots of medical data this days. Big data bring a new era in medical science. The application of big data in medical science has many aspects, such as preventive healthcare, diagnosis of disease, precision medicine, research development and public health etc. But there are still many challenges in the application now, such as the privacy and participation of the subjects, the accuracy of data, integration of relevant clinical guidelines and the training of big data user for medical applications. These issues should be discussed when applying big data in clinical medicine and health care.
