多焦鏡片設計對調節退化成人視覺品質之影響

摘要


中文摘要 研究目的 隨著人口老化,有老花眼的人越來越多,為了要解決老花眼的問題也出現了許多種方式,當中配戴多焦點眼鏡是目前普遍的解決方式之一。本研究的目的在探討多焦點鏡片設計對調節退化成人視覺品質的影響。 研究方法 本研究一共收納19位受試者,當中有7名男性及12名女性。在進行研究的過程中發現1名男性受試者曾經動過眼睛相關手術、2名男性及3名女性的屈光度數、以及3名女性的最佳矯正視力不符合研究之收納修件。最終收納4位男性及6位女性,共10位受試者。主要分成兩個階段,第一階段為進行常規的驗光流程檢查,包括受試者的屈光度及遠、近最佳矯正視力、相關的配鏡參數;第二階段則為配戴兩副不同光學設計之多焦鏡片(AMP、LSB)及相對應三種距離(遠距離、中距離、近距離)的三副單焦點鏡片進行視力測量(單焦鏡鏡片僅做為不同距離下,受試者視力的基準參照)。視力值的測量以每5度角一跳,測量水平方向左右各30度,垂直方向各15度(近距離則為各10度)的視標進行,最後將各個定點測量到的視力值以SPSS統計軟體進行分析。 研究結果 遠距離視力,單焦分別顯著優於兩種多焦鏡片;而在兩種多焦鏡片之間,雖然AMP多焦在左右兩側的平均視力優於LSB多焦,但沒有顯著差異。在中距離和近距離時,LSB多焦鏡片的視覺品質顯著優於AMP多焦鏡片,顯示LSB多焦與AMP多焦在視覺品質上的主要的差異來自於中距離及近距離。 結論 不論在遠、中、近距離的量測,不同處方的單焦鏡片視覺品質都是最佳的,然而在方便性卻是遠遠不及多焦點鏡片,遠距離量測AMP多焦鏡片與LSB多焦鏡片沒有太大的差異,而在中距離及近距離時,LSB多焦鏡片的視覺品質顯著的比AMP多焦鏡片來得佳。

Abstract Purpose With the aging of the population, there are more and more people with presbyopia. In order to solve the problem of presbyopia, there are many ways, among which wearing multifocal glasses is one of the popular solutions. This study will investigate the visual acuity distribution of multifocal lens designs measured at different distances, whether the visual acuity in the nine-square area of the same lens is significantly different, and whether the visual acuity of different lenses in the nine-square area is significantly different. Methods There are total 19 participants in this study , including 7 males and 12 females. During the study, it was found that 1 male had undergone eye-related surgery, 2 males and 3 females did not meet the requirements, and 3 females did not meet the best corrected visual acuity. In the end, include 4 males and 6 females. It is mainly divided into two stages. The first stage is to check the diopter and best corrected visual acuity of the participants through the routine optometry process, then to match glasses. The second stage is to wear two pairs of progressive lenses and three pairs of single focus lenses corresponding to three distance (at distance, medium and near) diopters for vision measurement. The measurement method is that the head does not move, only the eyes rotate. Every 5 degrees for one spot, and measure left and right for each30 degrees in the horizontal direction, and 15 degrees in the vertical direction (10 degrees in the short distance). The visual acuity values measured at each fixed point were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. Results At distance, single focus is significantly better than two kinds of progressive lenses. Between the two types of progressive lenses, although the average visual acuity of AMP progressive lenses on the left and right sides is better than LSB progressive lenses. There is no significant difference. At medium and near, single focus > LSB progressive lens > AMP progressive lenses, which shows that significantly difference between LSB progressive lenses and AMP progressive lenses comes from medium and near. Conclusion The visual quality of single focus lenses with different prescriptions is the best no matter in the measurement at distance, middle or near. However, the convenience is far less than that of progressive lenses. There is no significant difference between AMP progressive lenses and LSB progressive lenses at the distance measurement. At the medium and near, the visual quality of LSB progressive lenses is significantly better than AMP progressive lenses.
