活性碳管在參考分析方法指引中為常用的採樣介質,其指引中鮮少在討論多種物質在混合狀態下對活性碳管的影響,故本研究使用甲苯、丙酮和異丙醇混合不同的狀態,再使用串聯的活性碳管進行吸附,以直接觀察其吸附量的變化。 活性碳管本身有背壓,當其串聯數增加時,其整體流量會下降而採樣體積減少,經過校正實驗後其誤差小於3%,影響吸附量並不明顯,故在本研究忽略不計。 結果發現在單一狀態下的吸附量皆高於混和狀態下的吸附量:「單一物質」比「甲苯+丙酮」其吸附量減少比例,甲苯39%、丙酮45 %;比「甲苯+異丙醇」,其減少比例:甲苯31%、異丙醇38 %;比「丙酮+異丙醇」,其減少比例:丙酮68%、異丙醇38%;比「三種物質合」,其減少比例:甲苯53%、丙酮74%、異丙醇44%,導致減少的原因為其三種物質各別的蒸氣壓與極性不同的關係。 研究結果得知不同物質之混和蒸氣會影響活性碳管吸附量,所以進行作業環境監測時應該對作業製程、環境、內容以及所使用的物質更了解清楚,避免干擾監測結果,以保護工作者的健康。
Activated carbon tubes in the reference analysis method for the commonly used sampling medium. The guidelines are few in the discussion of a variety of substances in the mixed state of the impact of activated carbon tube, therefore, this study used toluene, acetone and isopropyl alcohol mixed with different states. And then use the series of activated carbon tube for adsorption, to directly observe the changes in its adsorption capacity. Activated carbon tube itself has back pressure, when the series increase in the number of its overall flow will decline and reduce the sampling volume. After the correction test error is less than 3%, the impact of adsorption is not obvious, so in this study is ignored. The results show that the adsorption capacity in single state was higher than that in mixed state: the ratio of "single substance" to "toluene and acetone" was decreased 39% and 45% ; to "toluene and isopropyl alcohol" was decreased 31% and 38% ; to "acetone and isopropyl alcohol" was decreased 68% and 38% ; to "three substances together" was decreased 53% (toluene), 74%(acetone) and 44% (isopropyl alcohol). The reasons for the reduction are the different relationship between the vapor pressure and the polarity. The results show that the mixed vapor of different substances can affect the amount of activated carbon tube adsorption, so the operation of environmental monitoring should be on the operation process more clearly to protect the health of workers.
