本研究從台灣華德福教育運動的足跡與當代世界觀/科學典範的逐步轉移出發,探究當代蓬勃發展的華德福教育之生命觀與世界觀。研究者主張華德福教育理論基礎之人智學,是一套完整的基於靈性、發揚靈性、實現靈性的學說,對如何因應當代機械論科學典範所造成的困境,具有高度啟發性。華德福教育依據人智學的人類圖像,以培養身心靈三個層面健康完整的個體為宗旨,本質上即為靈性教育。 本研究欲以人智學及華德福教育為例,輔以佛學及當代科學理論,嘗試整體地探究融合主客觀的新科學典範,以及藉著東方人所熟知的佛法靈性觀,為當代的靈性教育構築一完整的圖像。 量子力學已經碰觸到心靈的邊界,開啟了新科學的可能性,而人智學以靈性出發的知識觀正與之呼應;佛法的「緣起性空」說,從「不空不有」的角度闡釋靈性之本質、「不一不異」的我與眾生的關係;以及「不垢不淨」的此生生命與靈性存在狀態,也與人智學之身心靈學說彼此發明。研究者依此提出華德福的靈性教育觀,以及依此應用在華德福靈性教育的心要。 最後分別在體、相、用的方面上歸結出靈性教育的圖像, 一、 使人體認萬法心生,一切幻化本於靈性、藉由靈性,回歸靈性。 二、 使人在個體與群體之間彼此滋養,互相成長,成就健全社群。 三、 使人在生命歷程中,累積資糧,調修身心,以完成自身的靈性生命計畫,同時又不為暫時的身心所限。
This study begins with the footsteps of the Waldorf Education Movement in Taiwan and the predictable paradigm shift of the contemporary worldview/science, and explores the view of life and worldview of the flourishing Waldorf education. The researcher claims that the ethnology of Waldorf's educational theory is a complete set of philosophy based on the foundation, revelation and praxis of spirituality. Waldorf education is based on the human picture of Anthroposophy, and aims to cultivate healthy and complete individuals in the three aspects of human beings, that is, body, soul and spirit. It is essentially spiritual education. This study explores the latest scientific discovery and the wisdom of Buddhism, to integrate to the picture of eternal life and that on earth. The modern interpretation of the foundation of education is reconstructed. Education towards freedom is one phase of Waldorf spiritual education based on the eternal I, the spirit itself. Education of love implies the earthly phase of complexity of ecological system. According to this, the study brings the cores of education, those are, the law of karma, community, human developmental stages, and teachers who strive to develop themselves. Quantum mechanics opened the new science, and Buddha’s teaching of dependent origination and the emptiness also echoes Anthroposophy. The conclusions are, to realize the truth of nothingness of eternal spirit, to see earth life as contemporary context of complex relationship, and to develop the spirit itself in mortal life, are the holistic picture of spiritual education.
