新北市國中導師領導風格、學生服務學習態度與自我效能關係之研究

A study on the relationships among homeroom teachers’ leadership style, students’ service- learning attitude, and self efficacy in junior high schools of New Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在探討新北市公立國民中學導師領導風格、學生服務學習態度與自我效能的現況及三者相關的情形及預測力,透過問卷調查法進行研究。以新北市80所公立國民中學之普通班學生為研究對象,採分層叢集抽樣,共發出2340份問卷,回收2128份,有效問卷共計2087份,有效問卷回收率為89.19%。調查結果以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、多元逐步迴歸等統計方法分析資料。 根據研究結果加以分析,歸納出以下結論: 一、 新北市公立國民中學導師領導風格、學生服務學習態度與自我效能整體的現況皆屬於中上程度,分別以「共享願景」、「外在行為」、「社會性自我效能」的層面表現最佳。 二、 新北市公立國民中學學生以七年級、導師在班上任教節數3-4節、國中時期從事服務學習時數6〜18小時的學生所知覺的「導師領導風格」程度最高。 三、 新北市公立國民中學學生以七年級、導師為男性、國中時期從事服務學習時數6〜18小時的學生所知覺的「服務學習態度」程度最高。 四、 新北市公立國民中學學生以七年級的學生所知覺的「自我效能」程度最高。 五、 新北市國民中學導師領導風格、學生服務學習態度與自我效能三者間呈現中度正相關。 六、 新北市國民中學導師領導風格與學生服務學習態度對自我效能具有顯著預測力,以「內在思維」的預測力最佳,「共享願景」次之。 據此,建議教育主管當局應多辦理導師領導及服務學習相關研習及課程,以提升教師專業,促進服務學習精神之落實,進而提升學生的自我效能。 關鍵詞:導師領導風格、服務學習態度、自我效能

The objective of this study is to understand the relationship of homeroom teachers’ leadership style with the high school students’ service learning attitude and self-efficacy in New Taipei City. A survey questionnaire was administered to 80 strategically sampled public high schools in New Taipei City. A total of 2340 surveys were distributed with 2128 collected returns. After screening for invalid responses a total of 2087 or 89.19% valid respondents were tabulated and analyzed. Statistical analyses includes descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and step-wise multiple regression. Based from the analyses, the results are as follows: 1. The homeroom teachers’ leadership style and their students’ service learning attitude and self-efficacy are all noted to be at moderate; with “vision sharing”, “outwards attitude”, and “social self-efficacy” as being the highest. 2. The highest perception of homeroom teachers’ leadership style is noted at the Seventh grade level during the third and fourth period with around 6 to 18 hours of service learning activities. 3. The highest service learning attitude was noted at the Seventh grade level with students having male homeroom teachers and participating around 6 to 18 hours of service learning activities. 4. The highest self-efficacy was also noted at the Seventh grade level students. 5. Significant positive correlations were also found between the New Taipei City homeroom teachers’ leadership style, high school students’ service learning attitude and self-efficacy. 6. The homeroom teachers’ leadership style and high school students’ service learning attitude are significant predictors of self-efficacy with “internal reflection” and “vision sharing” as the highest. Lastly, based on the various results recommendations for school administrators were provided in terms of workshop and activities to help promote homeroom teachers’ leadership style and service learning awareness.
