本研究為我國檔案典藏機構網站之使用者滿意度調查研究,觀察分析使用者在操作我國五家檔案典藏機構網站時的體驗,並透過對使用者和檔案典藏機構人員的訪談進行分析,以統整我國檔案典藏機構網站當前之運行現況與使用者之主觀感受。 本研究參照學者Delone and McLean的修正版資訊系統成功模式,將問卷問項分為系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質、使用後滿意度等四項構面,透過問卷調查法對檔案典藏機構網站的使用者進行滿意度調查,再進行統整分析,並透過訪談法和檔案典藏機構人員與檔案典藏機構網站之使用者收集詳細的意見,以歸納出我國檔案典藏機構網站之運行現況與檔案典藏機構網站應具備之要點。 本研究統整我國檔案典藏機構網站當前之運行概況,歸納我國檔案典藏機構網站應具備之要點,以提供未來檔案典藏機構網站若有需要整合資料庫或新建網站時可參考。
This study is a survey of user satisfaction on the websites of archival institutions in Taiwan. It observes and analyzes the experience of users in operating the websites of five archives institutions in Taiwan, and analyzes them through interviews with users and personnel of archives institutions to summarize the current operating status of the website of the archives institutions of Taiwan and the subjective feelings of users. In this study, referring to the successful model of the revised information system of scholars Delone and McLean, the questionnaires were divided into four dimensions: system quality, information quality, service quality, and post-use satisfaction. The user conducts a satisfaction survey, then conducts a comprehensive analysis, and collects detailed opinions through interviews and the personnel of the archives institutions and the users of the archives institutions websites to summarize the current operation status of the archives institutions websites and the main points that the archives institutions website should have in Taiwan. This study integrates the current operating overview of the archives institutions website in Taiwan, summarizes the main points that the archives institutions websites should have in Taiwan, and provides the future archives institutions websites for reference when it needs to integrate the database or build a new website.
