臺北市國中資源班學生資訊需求及學校圖書館使用行為之研究

摘要


本研究旨在了解臺北市國中資源班學生的資訊需求與行為,分析資源班學生找尋資訊的來源以及使用情況,以臺北市國中資源班學生為研究對象,分析其使用圖書資訊的需求與行為,並探討其使用學校圖書館情況。 為達上述目的,本研究採問卷調查法蒐集資料,所採用之研究工具為彙編之「臺北市國中資源班學生資訊使用與學校圖書館服務調查問卷」,研究對象為臺北市國中資源班學生。以間隔抽樣的方式,共計回收有效問卷362份。調查樣本以次數分配、觀察值百分比、描述統計、單因子變異數分析等方法進行統計分析。透過統計結果,歸納以下結論: 一、 臺北市國中資源班學生生活中的資訊需求,以「課業學習」為主;課業的資訊需求,以「語文」為主;興趣的資訊需求,以「動漫」為主。 二、 臺北市國中資源班學生問題解決及資訊取得方式,以「上網搜尋」為主。 三、 臺北市國中資源班學生的資訊尋求困難,主要是「找到的資料不完整」。 四、 臺北市國中資源班學生,八成以上都「有」去過學校圖書館,平均每個月到學校圖書館1次(含)以下最多;使用學校圖書館原因是「借書」,且大多「到書架按照類別找」;在圖書館最常遇到的資訊尋求困難是「書籍不能外借或已被別人借走」。對學校圖書館「整體使用環境」的滿意度最高;「借書之借閱期限」的滿意度最低。 根據以上結論,對家長、教師提出以下建議:一、培養資源班學生更多元的興趣發展。二、幫助資源班學生解決課業學習困難。三、提升資源班學生的資訊素養。四、善加運用閱讀指導課或彈性課程時間;對學校圖書館提出以下建議:一、規劃國中圖書資訊利用教育。二、辦理相關知能研習鼓勵教師參與。三、爭取固定購書經費,結合學區公共圖書館資源。

The purpose of this study is to understand the information needs and behaviors of students in the junior high school resources class in Taipei, analyze the sources and use of information for students in the resource class. Taking students in the junior high school resources class in Taipei as research objects, this paper analyzes their needs and behaviors in using library information, and discusses their use of school libraries. The study mainly uses the methods of questionnaire survey to achieve the purposes. The questionnaire survey applied a compiled " Questionnaire on information use and school library service of students in the junior high school resources class in Taipei " as a research instrument. Under interval sampling, the data are collected by questionnaire from 362 students in the junior high school resources class in Taipei. The data are analyzed by way of frequency distribution, observation percentage, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA. Through the statistical results, the conclusion is summarized as followings: 1. Information needs in the life of students in the junior high school resources class in Taipei, focusing on "learning". Information needs for schoolwork of students in the junior high school resources class in Taipei, focusing on "language". Information needs for interest of students in the junior high school resources class in Taipei, focusing on "anime". 2. Problem solving and information obtaining method for students in the junior high school resources class in Taipei, focusing on "internet searching". 3. Information-seeking difficulties for students in the junior high school resources class in Taipei, focusing on "incomplete information found". 4. More than 80% of students in the junior high school resources class in Taipei have visited the school library, most of them visited the school library once a month or less. The reason for them using the school library is to "borrow books", and most of them "looking for bookshelves by category". The most common information-seeking difficulty encountered in libraries is "books cannot be borrowed or have been borrowed".Satisfaction with the school library's "overall use environment" is highest, and "book borrowing period" is lowest. According to the results of the study, the researcher brings up specific measures as references. For parents and teachers: (1) Cultivate students in resource class with richer interests. (2) Help students in resource class solve their academic difficulties. (3) Improve the information literacy of students in resource class. (4) Make good use of reading instruction or flexible lesson time. For school libraries: (1) Open educational courses on book information utilization in junior high school. (2) Encourage teachers to participate in related intellectual training. (3) Fight for regular book purchase funds, combine nearby public library resources.
