本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民小學兼任行政教師職場友誼、工作壓力與工作滿意度之現況,並分析不同背景變項之兼任行政教師知覺職場友誼、工作壓力與工作滿意度之差異情形,且探討三者之間的關係,最後藉由職場友誼與工作壓力對工作滿意度進行預測。 本研究採問卷調查法,以2019臺北市國民小學兼任行政教師為研究對象,共收回問卷461份有效問卷。資料處理分別以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方式進行統計分析。 本研究獲致以下之結論: 一、 臺北市國民小學兼任行政教師知覺職場友誼為中高程度,以「友誼機會性 」之知覺程度為最高,「友誼普及性」之知覺程度最低。 二、 臺北市國民小學兼任行政教師在工作壓力的知覺為中等程度,以「工作負荷」的知覺為最高,「上級要求」之知覺為最低。 三、 臺北市國民小學兼任行政教師在知覺工作滿意度為中高程度,以「人際關係」的知覺為最高,「薪資待遇」之知覺為最低。 四、 臺北市國民小學兼任行政教師因其性別、婚姻、兼任行政年資及兼任行政職務,在知覺工作壓力整體上有具有顯著差異。 五、 臺北市國民小學兼任行政教師因其兼任行政年資及兼任行政職務,在知覺工作滿意度整體上具有顯著差異。 六、 臺北市國民小學兼任行政教師在職場友誼與工作壓力以及工作壓力與工作滿意度呈現顯著負相關,而職場友誼與工作滿意度呈現正相關。 七、 臺北市國民小學兼任行政教師職場友誼、工作壓力對工作滿意度具有預測作用,以職場友誼的「友誼的普及性」構面的預測力最佳。 最後依據研究結果與結論,提出具體建議,以供相關教育單位、教師以及未來研究的參考。
The purpose of the study is to investigate the current status of Taipei City elementary school administrative teachers in workplace friendship, work stress, and job satisfaction, and to analyze the difference among these three variables in different backgrounds also to explore the relationship among them. The study has aimed to predict job satisfaction of administrative teachers through work friendship and work stress. Through the use of questionnaire survey method, data were collected from Taipei City elementary school administrative teachers in 2019. Valid questionnaires of 461 were collected. All data collected were analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and Multiple regressions. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Elementary administrative teacher’s perception of workplace friendship in Taipei City is above average, in which the item “friendship opportunities” was the highest, and “friendship prevalence ” was the lowest. 2. Elementary administrative teachers’ perception of work stress in Taipei City is above average, in which the item “workload” was the highest, and “supervisor’s request” was the lowest. 3. Elementary administrative teachers’ perception of job satisfaction in Taipei City is above average, in which the item “interpersonal relationship” was the highest, and “salary” was the lowest. 4. There are significant differences in the administrative teachers’ perception of work stress in terms of gender, marriage, administrative seniority, and administrative duty. 5. There are significant differences in the administrative teachers’ perception of job satisfaction in terms of administrative seniority, and administrative duty. 6. There is a negative correlation between workplace friendship and work stress. There is also a negative correlation between work stress and job satisfaction. However, there is a positive correlation between workplace friendship and job satisfaction. 7. The work friendship and work stress have a predictive effect on job satisfaction.The factor “friendship prevalence"of workplace friendship has the best predictability. Based on the research results, it provides consolidated suggestions for education institutions, teachers, and future studies as reference.
