相較於青壯年人口,銀髮族多退休在家,「工作」已不再成為每日生活作息的最大比例,休閒活動反而在老年生活中扮演重要的角色。研究指出,參與休閒活動有助於提升銀髮族生理、心理以及社會層面的活躍程度,一方面可以讓銀髮族獲得新的角色定位,另一方面可以讓銀髮族持續與社會有所互動。是故,本研究旨在設計一套休閒參與資訊服務模式,並實作休閒活動資訊行動應用程式,以提升銀髮族參與休閒活動的動機。 本研究將探究銀髮族休閒參與之動機及因素,並整理銀髮族休閒活動類型與適用於銀髮族之介面設計原則,據此設計休閒活動資訊服務系統,最後透過科技接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)設計問卷並施測以檢驗成效,期待本系統能夠促使銀髮族多加參與休閒活動,以增進身心靈健康。 本研究論文包含:(1)銀髮族休閒參與之動機及因素;(2)整理銀髮族休閒活動類型與適用於銀髮族之介面設計原則;(3)以前述兩點為基礎設計之行動應用程式,以及功能與介面設計特點。
Compared to young people, most elderly people have retired, which means "work" is no longer the largest proportion of life but leisure activity plays an important role in their life. Research indicates that participation in leisure activities enhances physiological, psychological and social aspects of activity, which allows the elderly to get a new role and continue to interact with the community. This study is to design a leisure participation motivation IT service model, and implement leisure activity information mobile applications to enhance the elderly participating in leisure activities. This study will explore the factors of motivation and leisure participation of senior citizens, organize leisure activities type and collect interface design principles applicable to the elderly. A leisure activities information service system will be designed, and we will use questionnaire designing with Technology Acceptance Model to test the effectiveness of the system. We expect this system to encourage seniors to be more involved in leisure activities to enhance physical and spiritual health. This research paper contains: (1) Leisure Participation Motivations and factors of the elderly; (2) Types of leisure activity and interface design principles applicable to seniors; and (3) A mobile application designed with the former concepts, with features of functions and interface design.
