表面張力是一種靜態之物理性質,普遍存在於各種物質之液態中。對於純物質的表面張力,過去的研究亦提供大量的數據資料,本研究將收集這些表面張力數據,並分成三個部分加以研究探討:第一,提供一個更好的表面張力關聯方程式 ,以符合極性物質之表面張力;第二,對於非極性純物質之表面張力一般化關聯方程式,以氬氣為第一參考物質,並以CH4至C20H42測試第二參考物質,測試結果C8H18為最佳的第二參考物質,平均AAD%為1.6%;最後,在極性物質方面,本研究以極性項與交互作用項兩者求得形狀因子與極性因子 (ωn、ωp),並且與飽和蒸氣壓所求得之形狀因子與極性因子作個比較,建立一個能適用在極性物質之表面張力一般化關聯式,測試結果平均AAD%為0.2889%。
Surface tension is a static physical property in liquids. Scientists provided much experimental data of surface tension. We collected surface tension data and study within three parts. First, our research provided a better correlation equation , especially in polar substances; second, in nonpolar fluid generalized correlation equation, we defined argon as first reference substance, and tested second reference substance from CH4 to C20H42, we found that C8H18 was the best for second reference substance, the average of AAD%(absolute average percent deviation) was 1.6% ; finally, in polar fluid generalized correlation equation, we showed two equations, one contained shape and polarity polynominals, and another contained shape and polarity and cross polynominals. By the use of fortran nonlinear regression program for shape and polarity factor, and compared with vapor pressures, we found a new polar fluid generalized correlation equation that average of AAD% was 0.2889%.
