「軌道運輸」集高速化、高運量、便捷化、自動化、安全化、用路縮小等優點於一身,已然成為眾所寄望之主流交通工具;而工程界以推動生態工法作為永續經營的主要推動方向,加上近幾年來生態環境驟變致全球各地天災連綿,使「防災工程」概念異軍凸起,因此本研究嘗試採田口方法將品質分為二類的觀念,建立一個可行的思考模式,以架構出具備「軌道、生態、防災」三個觀點之成果。 其次為達到工程之開發使用皆能符合「生態需求」及「環境穩定」與「防災安全」之目的,將上述發展之方法與策略,發揮於工程設計與工程生命週期中,以此建立「軌道生態防災工程」架構發展之原則,將工程朝向最佳組合之方式邁進,以建構我們希望之結果,並建設一個嶄新的生活空間。
"Railway Transportation" has already become the most important transportation vehicle because of it’s outstanding function such as high speed , high amount , convenient , automatic, safe, and road with reducing , and so on . On the other hand, "Ecological engineering" is the main approach to Sustainable Development Management . Over the past years, the disaster took place everywhere according to the strictly change of ecological environment. It induces the concept of " Hazard Mitigation Engineering". This study tries to use the concept of " Taguchi Methods " which classifies quality into two kinds to establish the model including three viewpoints of the "Railway, Ecology and Hazard mitigation ". Next, for the purposes of "Ecology demand", "Environment stability", "Hazard mitigation" correspond to the development and and utilization of engineering project, the study applies the forementioned method and strategy to the design and life cycle of engineering, to establish the principle of "The Ecological Hazard mitigation of Railway engineering ".
