本論文主要研製一具有零電壓切換相移式全橋轉換器,並且藉由相移式脈波寬度調變技術達到零電壓切換。本文使用UCC3895作為脈波寬度調變控制器,利用相移之信號時序,調變工作週期,使轉換器的功率開關元件工作在零電壓切換,進而減少於功率開關元件上切換損失,提高轉換器的效率。本論文並對相移式全橋轉換器,建立小信號等效模型,再利用等效模型推導其輸出電壓與責任週期的轉移函數,據此設計轉換器的補償器,提昇其穩定性。 本文所研製之相移式全橋轉換器的規格如下: 額定功率: 360瓦 輸入電壓: 200伏 輸出電壓: 12伏 輸出電流: 30安培 切換頻率: 100 kHz 實驗結果顯示,本文實際設計的轉換器,其最高效率可達在87%以上而且功率開關元件具有零電壓切換的特性,驗證控制與設計的正確性。
The objective of this thesis is to design and implement full-bridge phase-shift converter with zero-voltage switching. Zero-voltage switching is achieved by phase shift modulation. In this thesis, the small-signal model of full-bridge phase-shifted converter is derived. By the small-signal model, the transfer function of output voltage to duty cycle is derived. The compensator for the converter is designed based upon the derived transfer function. A full-bridge phase-shift converter has been designed and implemented. The specifications of this converter are as follows: input voltage = 200 V/DC, output voltage = 12 V/DC, output current = 30A, switching frequency = 100 kHz and output power = 360 W. Experimental results show that the maximum efficiency is 87%. These results verify the theoretical analysis, design and implementation.
