鐵路車站詮釋意象之探討－以花東地區新城站為例－

摘要

優質的車站規劃設計是傳遞在地文化、引導城市進化與活絡經濟發展的重要指標，而車站及其周邊環境所扮演的轉運功能是地區發展中的基礎建設，車站建築本身更兼具傳遞運輸節點與環境地標性等雙重意義的具體場所精神，因此車站景觀在空間塑造、區域運輸動線與整體環境發展上，扮演了極為重要的角色。

花東地區是大眾嚮往優質生活環境與慢活觀光旅行的重要場所，而新城車站更是各地遊客進入太魯閣國家公園首屈一指的觀光門戶，東線鐵路為承擔串聯此區交通運輸的重責，並因應當地日趨成長的國際遊客旅運量，更為帶動在地未來的發展，正方興未艾的掀起一波車站建築改革運動。

本研究以「誘導式結構（The Heuristic Structure）」理論為操作方法，新城車站空間為研究範圍，由鐵路車站、空間意象、觀光旅行、基地環境等議題，歸納整合32項適用於新城車站空間詮釋意象的規劃設計原則，經交互建構的演繹推演出「流光入雲影」、「山谷沁蟄音」2項設計目標情境及推導出深層概念之定義「舞壑嫋音望雲縷」，並轉化為規劃設計構想以為未來鐵路車站空間與車站環境研究之參考與建議。

A professional, outstanding station design can present local culture, guiding city evolution and become the index of the economic activity development. The station itself and surrounding area is the most important and basic construction for the local area development. The architecture design of the station should deliver not just a transmission point in between two locations but also represent local area spirit. Therefore, the landscape design of the station is very important for area dimension, area transmission line and area development.

The East Line has been an important transportation method in the adjacent local area now is taking the responsibly to transit the growing tourism and helping local economic development. As a result, the East Line railway station redesign is quietly taking place. The Xingcheng Station, the hub for tourist that entered Taroko National Park is now the focal point on the East Line. Since Hualien and Taitung area has become an important resort for people who looking forward to have a quality living environment and slow living/ traveling life style.

This research is based on the theory of “The Heuristic Structure” as a study method, The Xincheng Station space dimension as a research target, from the issues of railway station, image of the station, sightseeing/ traveling and the site area as topics inductive 32 items that fits the basic design principle of The Xincheng Station. After interwork reciprocal above theory and research, conducting” time, light and shadow transparent plus human interactive echo ” as the concept of the design then transfer to the key suggestions for future railway station architecture and landscape design research.
