磁流變液體是一種新型的智能材料。磁流變液體主要由載液、磁性微粒及界面活性劑所組成。當外加磁場時,磁流變液產生明顯的磁滯流變效應,在毫秒級的瞬間內由流動性良好的Newtonian流體變成Bingham流體,而這種變化是連續、迅速、可逆,容易控制。磁流變液阻尼器是一種理想的半主動控制裝置,即使當阻尼力在調節過程中發生故障,磁流變液阻尼器仍然能以被動式的方式使用。 本論文探討磁流變液阻尼器之特性。先以 Magneto V64 電磁場分析軟體,對阻尼器線圈進行磁路及磁場強度分析,探討磁場對磁流變液的剪應力效應,建立磁流變液阻尼器的數學模式,並以MATLAB進行數值模擬得到其阻尼力的特性。最後以低炭鋼製,磁流變液以LORD公司製作之MRF-132DG磁流變液進行實驗,驗證得知在電流0.1 安培~0.4 安培時,隨著電流增加而增強阻尼力的,達到一般車輛用避震器可控制之阻尼力。
Magneto-rheological (MR) fluid is a kind of novel smart material. MR fluid was composed of based fluids, magnetic micro-particles and surfactants, and it has significant magneto-rheological effect in additional magnetic fluid. When an external magnetic field is applied, the MR fluid changes from good flow of Newtonian fluid into Bingham plastic fluid in few millisecond continuously, rapidly, reversibility, and was controlled easy. Therefore MR fluid damper is an ideal semi-active device, when the damping force in adjusting process could fault its performance, MR fluid damper still able to use passive mode. In this research, discussing MR damper of characteristic, Magneto V64 was used to analyze data with magneto field strength to coil of MR damper.To probe into magneto field to yield stress of MR fluid and establish model of MR damper, computing damping force characteristic with MATLAB. To perform experiment MR damper composed mild steel and MR fluid MRF-132DG. from LORD corporation. To put the proof that adding damping force with verify electric current 0.1A~0.4A i tendency of MR damper.It is attaining the damping force of general vehicle shock absorber.
