台灣產番荔枝科植物垂枝長葉暗羅莖部化學成份之研究

摘要


垂枝長葉暗羅 (Polyalthia longifolia Benth & Hook. f. “pendula”) 為一種多年生的常綠喬木植物,分佈於台灣南部也廣泛的分佈於印度溫帶區,此植物於傳統上用來治療糖尿病,發燒,高血壓,皮膚方面的疾病。 由垂枝長葉暗羅 ( Polyalthia longifolia Benth & Hook. f. “pendula”) 之莖部到目前總共分離得到十九個化合物,其中確定結構的包括五個 clerodane雙萜類: 16-oxo-cleroda- 3,13-dien-15-oic acid (PL1), 2-oxo-3,13E-clerodien-15-oic acid (PL2), 6α,16-dihydroxy-cleroda-3,13-dien-15-oic acid (PL4), 3β,16-dihydroxycleroda-4(18),13-dien-15-oic acid (PL5), 4α,18-Epoxy-16-hydroxycleroda-13-en-15-oic acid (PL6);一個azafluorenes生物鹼: darienine (PL3);六個8-oxoprotoberberines生物鹼:(-)-8-oxo-tetrahydroplamatine (PL7), (-)-8-oxo-10-hydroxy-2,3,9-trimethoxyberbine (PL8), (-)-8-oxo-9,10-dihydroxy-2,3-dimeth-oxyberbine (PL9), (-)-8-oxo-3,10,11-trihydroxy-2-methoxyberbine (PL10), (-)-8-oxo-11-hydroxy-2,3,9,10-tetramethoxyberbine (PL11), (-)-8-oxo-11-hydroxy-2,3,9-trimethoxyberbine (PL12);一個Amide:N-trans-Feruloyl-dopamine (P13);二個fatty acid:1-O-(9Z-octadecadienoyl) glycerol (PL14), 1-O-(9Z,12Z-octadecadienoyl) glycerol (PL15)及steroids混合物:β-sitosterol-glucoside (PL16) & stigmasterol-glucoside (PL17) 等化合物,還有二個待確定的結構;其中PL4、PL5、PL6、PL8、PL10和PL11為新化合物。

Polyalthia longifolia Benth.& Hook. f. “pendula” (Annonaceae) is an evergreen tree cultivated in southern Taiwan and is also widely distributed in the temperate regions of India. The stem of this species is traditionally used for the treatment of diabetes,fever, skin disease, hypertension, and helminthiasis. Nineteen compounds were isolated from the stem of Polyalthia longifolia Benth & Hook. f. “pendula”, and they contain five clerodane diterpenoids : 16-oxo-cleroda-3,13-dien-15-oic acid (PL1), 2-oxo-3,13E-clerodien-15-oic acid (PL2), 6α,16-dihydroxycleroda-3,13-dien-15-oic acid (PL4), 3β,16-dihydroxycleroda-4(18),13-dien-15-oic acid (PL5), 4α,18-Epoxy-16-hydro- xycleroda-13-en-15-oic acid (PL6) ; one azafluorenes alkaloid : darienine (PL3) ; six 8-oxo- protoberberines alkaloids : (-)-8-oxo-tetrahydro- plamatine (PL7), (-)-8-oxo-10-hydroxy-2,3,9-trimethoxy- berbine (PL8), (-)-8-oxo-9,10-dihydroxy-2,3-dimethoxy- berbine (PL9), (-)-8-oxo-3,10,11-trihydroxy-2-methoxyber- bine (PL10), (-)-8-oxo-11-hydroxy-2,3,9,10-tetramethoxy- berbine (PL11) and (-)-8-oxo-11-hydroxy-2,3,9-trimethoxy- berbine (PL12);one amide : N-trans-Feruloyl-dopamine (P13) ; two fatty acid : 1-O-(9Z-octadecadienoyl) glycerol (PL14), 1-O-(9Z,12Z-octadecadienoyl) glycerol (PL15) ; steroids mixture : β-sitosterol-glucoside (PL16) & stigmasterol-glucoside (PL17) and two unknown compound. The structures of these compounds were characterized and identified by spectral evidences. Among them, PL4、PL5、PL6、PL8、PL10 and PL11 are new compounds.
