能源管理系統應用在量販店冷凍冷藏系統之節能效益研究

An Analysis of Energy Saving from EMS of Refrigeration System in Hypermarket

摘要


本研究旨應用能源管理系統(EMS)管理整個賣場的冷凍冷藏設備,藉此探討 EMS 對於設備運轉之影響,並搭配EMS 系統附屬的各項節能功能,計算與檢視使 用前後的用電差異與系統效率。 本研究案例以台南市某量販店的冷凍冷藏系統為實驗對象,比較壓縮機使用 傳統機械控制與EMS 控制差異,並逐一應用EMS 的附屬功能包含:壓縮機邏輯 控制、浮動壓力設定、夜間回置、除霜復歸、水塔風扇控制,全時量測並記錄系 統各點的壓力、溫度數據與耗電,並計算COP 與能耗,比較各項功能差異與耗電, 經實測研究結果顯示,可年節省耗電量約為22.8%。

This study was to explore the influence of energy management systems (EMS) to refrigerated equipment operation of hypermarket for the energy-saving features of the EMS system to calculate and view the difference and the efficiency of the use of electricity. This study is based on the refrigeration system of a hypermarket in Tainan City , compare the difference of between the compressor using the traditional mechanical control and EMS control. The functions of EMS including : compressor logic control, floating pressure control, night setback, defrost on demand, cooling tower fan control, measure and record the pressure and temperature data and power consumption of the system ,calculation of COP and energy consumption. In this case study, it gets Energy saving rate of 22.8%.
