懸索橋檢測與評估之研究

A Study on the Inspection and Assessment of Suspension Bridge

摘要


目視檢測為最直接、快速的檢測方法,國內橋梁目視檢測主要採用DER&U評估法,以橋梁構件損害程度、損害範圍、與安全相關性等目視檢測結果,初步判定橋梁狀況。目前管理單位執行懸索橋檢測時,因DER&U 目視檢測評估法原僅應用在鋼筋混凝土橋梁,對於懸索橋、斜張橋、拱橋等特殊橋梁,無法適用相同的檢測評估模式,除檢測項目隨預算增加外,檢測流程雜亂無章,評估方法缺乏專家建議且依據不明,故依現行的情形來說,特殊橋梁的檢測與評估方法實有建立的必要。 本研究針對懸索橋歸納整理檢測與評估方法。此方法以鋼筋混凝土橋的DER&U 法為基礎,首先設定懸索橋構件分類,用以逐一檢視懸索橋的構件狀況,再視構件損害情況設定檢測項目,同時討論構件的使用性與安全性,尋求各項檢測數據的關聯,推估懸索橋整體的健康狀態。 結論最後所建議的懸索橋檢測評估模式,亦可應用於「臺灣地區橋梁管理系統」中,便利管理單位實際操作,並將檢測資訊回饋至系統中分析,使其功能更加完善。

It regards visual inspection as the most direct, fast detection method. So far, we adopt the DER&U estimation as visual inspection and initial judge the bridge state according to the damage range, the result of measuring with safe dependence. At present, the management unit can’t carry out the measures of suspension bridge just use DER&U estimation because it is used for armored concrete bridge to only originally, and without applied to special bridges, as the suspension bridge, cable stayed bridge and arched bridge …etc. Therefore, besides it will increase with the budget, the measure procedure is disorderly, and the estimation also lacks expert proposes, then evidences is not clear enough. So that in accordance with the current situation, it is necessary to set up the measuring of the special bridge and assessment methods. This text sums up and puts in measurement and methods of estimation for the suspension bridges. This method is based on DER&U. At first, divides the component of the suspension bridge for looking over the component of the suspension bridge one by one. Then, sets up the project of measuring depended on the damages of component. And also discuss the use and security of these components at the same time for seeking the relation of every measuring data. Finally, estimate the whole health state of suspension bridges. The measurement and methods of estimation for the suspension bridges in this text also can applied to “Taiwan Bridge Management System". It is favorable to practical operate for management unit, and send the measure information back to system for analysis. Finally, makes the function perfectly.
