如何使纖維貼片補強工法有效率的運用及改善缺點,將對於結構補強有甚大幫助。纖維強化高分子貼片具有高拉力、耐腐蝕、體積小、重量輕、材料可靠性高等優點。但貼附材料,都有剝落(Debonding)的問題,如果能有效提升黏裹力,材料才能發揮自身強度。 本研究將以縮尺寸原樑包覆碳纖維並植入化學黏著錨栓及貼附壓條、CFRP橫向貼條對CFRP樑的黏裏力影響作及破壞方式為研究的主體;並且推演CFRP包覆植入化學錨栓所提供剪力補強。 試驗結果顯示間距d/4(5cm)並貼附壓條補強形式(09-C9、09-C10)的剪力補強效果最好,錨拴貼附壓條比沒貼附壓條補強效果好,化學錨栓間距越密補強效果也有顯著的提升;原梁CFRP包覆植入化學錨栓推演出數值與試驗值相近,驗證推演之合理性與正確性,提供設計者使用。
How to make fiber reinforced patch efficient method to use and improve the shortcomings of structural reinforcement will have a very big help. Fiber reinforced patch with a high tensile, corrosion-resistance, light weight, reliability materials. But the attached materials, are stripped of the problem, if they can effectively enhance the sticky wrap, and materials in order to play to their strength. The objective of this study was to research CFRP wrapping with chemical anchors and to evaluate the shear retrofitting efficacy of rectangular beam. Sixteen rectangular RC beams were retrofitted by seven different types of CFRP wrapping with chemical anchors included different anchored span (d、d/2、d/4) and anchored with the used of steel strip or not. The test result show that the effect of shear retrofit on rectangular RC beam by CFRP wrapping with chemical anchors was more effective by CFRP wrapping only. To compare with test conducted on the specimen wrapping by CFRP with chemical anchors and steel strip, steel strip used were effective in expanding the effective anchored range and improve the shear strength. The research of CFRP wrapping with chemical anchors and steel strip of rectangular RC beam in this study of its used methods and theorem in retrofit had reinforcement effect. It is referable for structural engineering.
