含聚焦片之導光系統的光學性質研究

摘要


藍相液晶可顯著改進顯示器的反應速率,惟此種液晶層需要斜向光源去配合。本研究主要目的即在設計一新型式之背光模組以提供斜向入射光源。本文採用TracePro光學模擬軟體來進行背光模組的設計。利用導光板之上增加一聚焦片改變聚焦片角度之組合,觀察其出光角度的變化。本文得到以下的結果: 1. 當聚焦片角度相等時,出光面產生左右兩個出光角度。 2. 當聚焦片角度和越大時,出光角度呈現對稱分佈。 3. 當聚焦片角度和越大時,兩道光間距呈現越來越窄的趨勢。 4. 當聚焦片角度和越大時,兩道光占全部射出的光之面積百分比呈現越來越大的趨勢。

We proposed a new type backlight model that offered oblique incident light source. An optical software (Trace Pro TM) was utilized to simulate the backlight model design. We added a focusing foil upon the light guide plate and combined vertex angles for the focusing foil, and then characterized the relationship between the vertex angles and exit angle. The simulation results showed as follows. 1. The light is able to be focused at two directions as the vertex angles are identical on the both sides. 2. Two concentrated lights symmetrical distribution at exit surface as the vertex angles are identical on the both sides 3. The space between two concentrated lights decreased with the vertex angles increased. 4. Two concentrate lights percentage of total lights increased with the vertex angles increased.
