燃油鍋爐在化學工業和電廠中扮演一個極為重要的角色,其用途在於提供蒸汽。對於鍋爐操作不熟悉的設備人員,常因為壓力或液位控制不好而造成危險。利用電腦程式模擬真實鍋爐,有助於設備人員對鍋爐的瞭解,減少事故發生。本研究利用個人電腦開發一座自然循環水管式鍋爐視窗模擬程式,期望模擬出鍋爐的動態模式及控制系統以提供學習使用。 在蒸汽鍋爐裡,利用進水流量來調節液位是極為重要的控制。一般進水的控制可分為單元件、二元件以及三元件液位控制。本研究利用Visual Basic 2005撰寫視窗程式,並加入單元件、二元件與三元件液位控制系統,以比較不同控制策略對於鍋爐液位之影響。並設計人性化視窗介面讓使用者更容易藉由程式學習鍋爐操作。 從模擬結果得知開發完成的燃油蒸汽鍋爐模擬程式可表現出單元件、二元件與三元件的控制差異,作為教學應用。
Oil-fired boilers play important roles in chemical industry and power plant, the main purpose is to provide steam. If the engineer is not familiar with the boiler operation, his improper operation may make dangerous. Therefore, using boiler simulation program to train the engineer can help him more familiar the boiler operation and decrease the frequency of accident consequentially. This research developed a windows simulation program of natural circulation water-tube boiler. It is expected that this dynamic model and control system simulation can provide the beginner learning use. In a steam boiler, feedwater level control is important. Feedwater control systems are classified as single, two or three element feedwater control systems. Visual Basic 2005 was used to develop the windows program. Single-element, two-element and three-element control systems of boiler level control strategies are provided for comparing purpose. The friendly windows interface lets the boiler operation learning become easier. From the testing results, the program can simulate the differences between single-element, two-element and three-element feedwater control. It has the learning practicability.
