若沒有良好的睡眠品質,人容易衍生許多身體與精神上的疾病。隨著睡眠研究逐漸發展,更輕巧、更方便與輕量化的配戴式睡眠監測儀器將是未來的趨勢。尤其在不影響睡眠進行的情況下,居家環境是最適合進行監測的場所,目前許多研究更致力在於非侵入式與非侵入式的居家環境監測系統,來取代睡眠中心的環境的不便與多生理信號量測(Polysomnogram, PSG)儀器不舒適的信號線。 因此本研究的目的在於設計一套可攜式睡眠品質監測系統,裝置設計是以非侵入式、少量化的生理訊號擷取、使用外掛式的設計來監測睡眠,透過非侵入式來量測心率與體動信號,使用體動信號辨別使用者的睡眠清醒週期,透過心率信號的頻譜特性,並使用灰色適應共振網路來做睡眠階段辨別,由睡眠階段的結果來分析睡眠效率與睡眠品質。透過本睡眠監測裝置,可以自動分析睡眠效率,進而分析出使用者是否需要進入睡眠中心,利用PSG進行完整的偵測及治療,如此將可以大幅提高睡眠醫學檢查室的使用效率。
Without good sleep quality, people are easily suffered from physical and mental illness. With the gradually developing of sleep research, lighter and more convenient sleeping monitoring instrument is the future trend. Especially without interrupting the process of sleep, home is the best place to monitor. Now there are even numerous researches devoted in non-invasion and non-detective home monitor system to replace the inconvenience of sleep center environments and uncomfortable signal line of polysomnogram(PSG). Therefore the purpose of this research aims at designing a set of portable sleep quality monitory system. This device monitors sleep by retrieving non-detective, minimal physiological signals and add-on device. It measures heart rate and body movement through non-detective way and distinguishes users’ sleep awake duration via body movement. Because of Spectral characteristics of heart rate signals, we can know sleep stage through GrayArt network and then analyze sleep efficiency and quality from the result of sleep stage. By this sleep device, we can automatically analyze whether it is needed to go into sleep center and considerably enhance use efficiency of sleep medicine examination room by using PSG to proceed completed detection and treatment.
