定義並分析半導體產業中永續供應鏈管理之綠色競爭力的關鍵要素

Identifying and Evaluating the Key Elements of Sustainable Supply Chain Management for Green Competitiveness in the Semiconductor Industry

摘要


永續供應鏈管理已被許多全球性的國際企業視為主要的競爭策略之一。2012年半導體產業全球市值已超過3千億美元,然而卻鮮少針對半導體產業中永續供應鏈管理之綠色競爭力的關鍵要素做研究。本研究分為兩階段來建立永續供應鏈管理之關鍵要素的模型。第一階段為定義半導體產業中綠色競爭力之關鍵要素模型,首先利用文獻探討來定義初始的永續供應鏈管理關鍵要素的模型,為完整化半導體產業中永續供應鏈管理綠色競爭力之關鍵要素的模型,本研究利用焦點團體法萃取參與台積電及日月光間成功之供應鏈整合專案的中高階經理人之珍貴經驗,以完整定義出半導體產業中綠色競爭力之關鍵要素模型。第二階段為分析此模型中關鍵要素的相對重要性,利用模糊層級分析法來衡量此模型中關鍵要素的相對重要性,最後,本研究利用第二次的焦點團體法針對前三名最重要的關鍵要素,以產業界之實例闡述前三名之關鍵要素在產業界實際的執行方法、成效及其管理意涵。本研究定義之其前三名關鍵要素為(一)培養組織永續發展的意識並制定評估機制、(二)將產品設計為減少使用有害物質並發展永續原物料、(三)符合永續供應鏈管理之法令與規範。本研究結果可提供供應鏈經理人做為一個核對清單,確保未來在設計半導體產業的永續供應鏈時,不會遺漏任何一項關鍵要素,並引導半導體產業永續供應鏈管理持續性的改善、未來發展及應用於相關產業,且可作為永續供應鏈管理領域之學術研究的基礎。

As the semiconductor to high-technology so does water to live, semiconductor has a market value more than 300 billion US dollars in worldwide in 2012.While sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) has emerged as a major competitive strategy for globalized companies. The literature review shows very few studies focus on the key elements of green competitiveness for SSCM in the semiconductor industry. This research focus on defines the key elements model for SSCM in the semiconductor industry by a combination of a literature review and focus group discussions with industrial experts. Then fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is employed to rank the importance of these key elements. Lastly, an in-depth interview is conducted to substantiate the research results and further explore the managerial implications. The structured and comprehensive critical SSCM elements model is constructed with two levels: a top-level consisting of four dimensions and a detail-level consisting of 12 individual elements. The FAHP analysis identified the top three elements: “Fostering awareness of sustainability in the organization and establishing evaluation schemes”, “Designing product to reducing the use of hazardous and toxic substance and developing the sustainable resources” and “Complying with policy and regulation for sustainable supply chain management” as the top three most important key elements. The proposed model serves as a checklist, ensuring consideration of all key elements for SSCM frameworks deign in comparable industries. The rankings of these key elements can support strategic decisions making for SSCM. The findings can be foundations for related academic researches.
