近年來,隨著國民預防保健意識的抬頭,對於醫療保健服務的品質也日益升高,關於個人健康紀錄的儲存也逐漸受到重視,以往在醫院的就診紀錄及病歷都是由醫療機構來做紀錄或儲存,民眾很少會自己額外做一個針對健康保健的儲存紀錄,所以後來便提出了個人健康紀錄(Personal Health Record, PHR)的觀念。希望透過PHR的管理,健康照護者能夠輕易的與病人做溝通,了解病人完整的健康資訊,對於疾病能夠做出最好的決策。 本系統是針對市售的商用12導程心電圖機來做一個加值的服務應用,研究的主要目的是希望透過設置一個PHR系統讓使用者加強自我健康管理能力。病人透過系統的使用,能更加瞭解個人的健康,加強自我的保健,也能透過PHR系統迅速搭起醫療照護者與病患之間溝通的橋樑。研究中利用本體論來設計系統,結合圖形辨識演算法來辨識心電圖的技術,並提供個人化的欄位選擇,讓使用者能夠依照自己的需求設計界面;系統使用心電圖機器所產生之經過Base64編碼的XML檔案,透過撰寫的C#程式將資料解碼之後,轉檔為可方便觀看圖片的PDF檔案,再結合個人健康紀錄系統,將每一次量測的健康紀錄做儲存,透過雲端的儲存方式,使得病患無論何時何地都能透過網路有效管理自己的健康狀態,預期達到有效監控自身健康的目的。
The people in our nation realized that preventive care is very important in recent years. They also thing highly of the healthcare quality and personal health record (PHR). The concept of PHR is to take down our heath record. Actually, most people wouldn’t take care about the health record and always count on Medical institutions to do these things. We hope that those healthcare takers can communicate with their patients easily and know their physical situation by PHR management. This system is focus on the service of 12-lead ECG machine and the mainly purpose is to strengthen the self-health management ability for PHR system users. The patients can know more about their physical situation and strengthen self-care by using the system. Furthermore, PHR system could build a bridge of communication between medical caregivers and patients. We using the Ontological study to design the system and also combine with pattern recognition algorithm to analyze ECG. In addition, users can design his / her interface when using this system. The system uses ECG machine to produce XML file which is encoded by Base64. After using the written Program with C # to decoding the data, the file will converted into PDF files that easy for viewing pictures, and then combine with personal health records system, which will record every measurements and store the data. Then through with cloud storage, patients can use network to manage their health status in any time and any place, to achieve the purpose of effective in monitoring and control of their own health in expected.
