本研究係關於一種自動送料系統之研發,主旨為利用機械的方式來進行整個送料的過程,取代以人力所執行的工作,降低人力運用之負擔,使整個送料的過程有良好的重現性,並期望提升整個系統運作的速度。本研究針對自動送料機構的相關專利公報進行廣泛的蒐集,並且加以分析、整理,歸納出現有自動送料系統所使用的技術及設計概念與方法,經由考慮設計需求以及參酌現有技術後,發展出一套適用的自動送料系統。在此所謂的自動送料指的是:一套系統以機械的方式達成運送物料的過程,期望在整個過程中能夠以機械來取代人力,以避免人員在作業的過程中有安全上的顧慮,並具有良好的重現性以提升作業的速度與可靠性。 本研究在參考所蒐集的文獻並建立新的概念後,利用Solid Edge建立本系統各個元件的3D模型,並以該軟體的組立功能將自動送料系統完整的呈現出來,接著利用visualNastran執行力分析與動態模擬,最後實際的製作出1/4比例的縮小模型,以驗證本研究之可行性。
The main objective of this research is to perform the mechanical design of a new auto-loading system. The new auto-loading system can be used to replace painstaking labor works, to decrease cost, and to increase work efficiency. The loading process of the new auto-loading system will be much faster and more reliable. This study collected all literatures on the auto-loading systems and developed a new suitable auto-loading system to meet the design requirements. “Auto-loading system” means using machines to substitute the human operators to transit goods in an efficient way. It also means to improve velocity of loading and to prevent employees from getting injuries during work. The three-dimensional models of the resultant new design of this research were built and assembled by employing Solid Edge. The computer models were then simulated by using visualNastran after the values of some key parameters had been determined by using mechanism synthesis techniques, which were referred to the literatures on the auto-loading systems. Finally a miniaturized model was built and tested to verify the performance of the new design.
