全數位化控制之單相變頻器的研製

Design and Implementation of Fully Digital-Controlled Single-Phase Inverter

摘要


本文主要係研製一可用於不斷電系統的全數位化單相變頻器,變頻器本身採用全橋架構,在穩定的400V直流輸入下,可產生220V / 60Hz之交流電,且具和參考交流電壓信號鎖相之功能。本論文所選用的控制器為Renesas SH7216,為一32位元之微控制器,用來產生功率開關的控制信號,並處理回授信號,而完成以電壓迴路控制之閉迴路系統。由實驗結果可證明,在直流400V輸入下,可產生220V / 60Hz並可和參考交流信號鎖相之交流電,且在滿載的情況下,輸出電壓的THD均小於規格的3%,而滿載效率可達90%。

The object of the thesis is to design and implement a fully digital-controlled inverter which is able to be applied to an uninterruptable power supply. The inverter is designed with full-bridge topology, and is capable to produce 220V / 60Hz ac voltage with stable 400V dc voltage input, moreover, the inverter possesses PLL function. The inverter is accomplished with a 32-bit microcontroller-Renesas SH7216, which provides the control signal for the power switches, and also deal with the feedback signal to complete a voltage-controlled closed-loop system. It is demonstrated that with 400V dc voltage input, the inverter outputs 200V / 60Hz ac voltage which is in phase with reference ac voltage. Under full load output, THD of output voltage of the inverter is less than 3%, and the efficiency has reached 90%.
