以木質纖維素類物質生產生物燃料,必須經由適當的前處理步驟,提升生物燃料製程的效率,而微波加熱為高效率、經濟且環保之方法。本研究探討微波加熱應用於生質材料前處理,選定生質材料狼尾草(Pennisetum purpureum)進行前處理,應用田口法規劃前處理的參數水準最適化實驗及量測其動態響應,以少量的實驗次數分析處理狼尾草能快速達到190℃之參數組合,並以經由實驗結果分析顯示,最適參數組合為容器水量取水準2,150c.c.;加熱功率取水準1,50%;狼尾草量取水準1,5g;其中,狼尾草量為影響系統特性之顯著因子;ARX (Auto-Regressive eXogeneous)八階之數學模型最能代表實際系統特性,其擬合度(Fitting)為99.13%。
To boost the efficiency of the procedure of the biomass fuel, producing Lignocellulosic material pretreatment in a proper process is necessary, and microwave-assisted heating is a proper way. Furthermore, it’s a rapid, high-effect and economical method in the biomass material pretreatment. In this study, microwave-based heating was used for biomass material pretreatment, and Napier grass(Pennisetum purpureum) was chosen as the pretreatment target. Taguchi Method is applied to optimize the parameter with fewer experiment times, the optimal condition is vessel water with level two, 150c.c., heating power with level one, 50%, Pennisetum purpureum with level one, 5g. After optimizing the parameter, System Identification Method is used to establish the mathematic structure, system order and characteristic equation which approximate the real system. The simulation result shows that ARX (Auto-Regressive eXogeneous) model with the eighth order could represent the real model which the Fitting is 99.13%. The results demonstrate that microwave-based pretreatment with Taguchi and System Identification Method is an efficient way to improve the efficiency of biomass material pretreatment.
