在高等控制策略中,串級控制是最廣泛應用的方法之一。雖然串級控制擁有許多優點,但調諧上卻仍有一些不方便存在。使用傳統的串級控制調諧方法,在調諧過程中必須進行二次模式識別。在調諧方法的選擇部分,目前除了傳統的調諧方法外,已有一些人投入串級控制的調諧研究中,並提供了一些調諧方法,但因為各種方法的優缺點不同,沒有任何一種方法是唯一的選擇。本研究的目的為開發一串級控制調諧之電腦輔助程式,讓使用者可以選擇各種不同的方法進行控制器調諧,再根據不同方法的應答表現指標與穩定度指標進行控制的參數選擇。 本程式所提供的模式識別功能中,使用者只需利用次控制器製造一次輸出值的階梯擾動,並同時紀錄內、外環路的應答,程式即可識別各種調諧方法所需的程序模式。 程式除了提供利用傳統的串級控制調諧方法調諧控制器參數外,並提供Lee et. al.、Song et. al.、Vivek and Chidambaram與Lopez所建議的調諧方法。另外,本程式還提供在滿足系統穩定度需求的條件下,搜尋使目標函數IAE值最小的控制器調諧參數。 根據控制器調諧參數,本程式能進行動態應答模擬與頻率應答分析,提供系統的IAE、ITAE、ISE應答表現指標與增益邊距、相位邊距等穩定度指標,做為選擇調諧方法的依據。
Cascade control is one of the most popular structures for process control. Although the cascade control has many advantages, there are still a little unsuitable for controller tuning. It may require step test twice in the traditional controller tuning method. Recently, there are some methods of tuning cascade control system having been proposed. Because each way have their distinctive advantages and shortcomings, there is no one which can suit all the systems. This research developed a computer aided program for help user choose the better method. By the program, the outer loop and inner loop process transfer functions can be identified with only one step test. There are several methods for tuning cascade system in this program, including the traditional cascade control tuning method, and methods proposed by Lee et. al., Song et. al., Vivek and Chidambaram, Lopez. In addition, we also provide optimal controller tuning method for cascade control systems, which meet the stability requirements. According to the examples, the program can help users tuning cascade control system.
