風管在作為空調設備時,有兩項主要之作用,一做為空調氣體的輸送管道,二為使空調氣流均勻的分散至空調空間。由於織布風管的風速及溫度的分布較傳統鐵風管均勻,不產生噪音、不產生凝結水滴、具有空氣濾清功能、重量輕、安裝及拆卸施工容易、清潔容易等優點,現今已有取代鐵皮風管的趨勢,故本研究希望藉此來探討織布風管空調系統之熱流場特性設計條件。 本文利用CFDRC計算流體力學軟體模擬分析織布風管空調系統的熱流場分佈特性,主要目的是要藉由熱流場可視化模擬,觀測流經管內外之熱流場分佈特性,探討送風速度、溫度差、回風口對織布風管空調系統之空調性能的影響,文中以Standard κ-ε turbulence model來模擬風管內部三維非穩定不可壓縮性紊流流場,並以有限體積法解之。再由紅外線熱攝像儀擷取其熱流擴散之情形做驗證,證實此數值模擬之結果是與實驗相似。
There are two main functions of duct in air-conditioning system. The first, it could be a passage way of supplying air. The second it could also unify the distribution of supplying air into air-conditioning space. Textile-Duct will replace the customary duct because of the better distribution of supplying air and temperature than the customary duct and many advantages such as noiseless, no water drops condensed, light weight, more clearable, and easy to install or disassemble…etc. Hence, this study would discuss some design conditions of Thermal- Flow Field characteristics of Textile-Duct. This study use CFDRC simulation software to analyze the Thermal Flow Field of Textile-Duct. The subject performs visualized simulation to observe the distribution characteristics of the Thermal Flow Field outer and inner the flow passage of Textile-Duct. Moreover we discuss the speed, temperature difference of supplying air and the influence on the air-conditioning system that Textile-Duct equipped. The simulation employ the Standard κ-ε turbulence model to visualize the 3-D steady incompressible turbulence flow field inside the Textile-Duct and get solution by FVM..Furthermore, the text use Infrared Thermography to photograph the Thermal Flow Field diffusion in order to verify the simulation results.
