本論文利用德州儀器公司所生產的UC-3854AN控制IC以及使用單穩態多諧觸發IC HEF4528BP之相移控制電路,研製1kW交錯式連續導通模式升壓型功率因數修正器。功率級採用兩組升壓型轉換器電路架構。交錯式控制策略在高輸出功率下可改善功率元件高耐流、儲能電感體積過大、輸入電流漣波等問題。 本論文所研製交錯式升壓型功率因數修正器的規格包含輸入電壓220正負20V、輸出電壓400V以及最大輸出功率1000W,在滿載時功率因數可高達0.98以上,且效率可達90%以上。
This thesis is focused on the design and implementation of a 1000-W two-phase interleaved boost power factor corrector (PFC) with UC3854AN available from Texas Instruments and the associated mono-stable multi-vibrator HEF4528BP. The power stage consists of two Boost PFCs, which can greatly reduces the current ratings of the power switches and sizes of filter components, and further improve input current ripple. The specifications of the implemented interleaved boost PFC include input voltage 220+/-20V, output voltage 400V and maximum output power is 1000W. From the experimental results, the power factor reaches 0.98 under full load condition and the efficiency is up to 90%.
