碟盤聚焦型追日式太陽能史特靈發電系統研發

Development of a Dish-Concentrating Solar-Tracking Stirling Power System

摘要


近年來能源危機意識抬頭使得新興能源發展迅速,其中太陽能潛力更是無窮,而利用太陽熱能發電的史特靈發電系統,不但具有較高的轉換效率且低汙染,應用在廣泛的新興能源產業極具競爭力。本研究目的旨要開發一組碟盤聚焦型追日式太陽能史特靈發電系統。研究第一階段為參考相關文獻規畫設計與製作,其內容涵蓋(1)史特靈引擎、(2)追日機構、(3)追日控制系統與(4)聚光器,並進行系統運作可行性研究;第二階段建立實驗測試系統,實際測試與實驗數據量測,並探討其系統之發電特性。此外進一步研究本系統之核心-史特靈引擎,將引擎實驗結果搭配數值模擬,分析引擎作動時的性能。 研究結果顯示:(1)引擎效率的關鍵因素,在於冷熱端溫差的維持與減少不需要的機械損失、(2)引擎受熱端溫度影響內部流場之壓力變化並直接影響引擎輸出效率、(3)引擎數值模擬之最大輸出功率為293.21W,而最佳理論效率約為67%、(4)引擎實驗搭配直流發電機之最大瞬時發電功率1.603mW、(5)聚光器於實驗當天聚焦之最大功為765W、(6)追日系統之靈敏度不足,導致聚焦點有約15至20度的偏差。

Over the past few years natural resources have been over exploited, therefore renewable energy has been developing rapidly, especially Solar energy. One of the most efficient methods is using Stirling Power System, which concentrates solar radiation to generate electricity. Stirling Power System is not only highly efficient but it is also a big competitor to the other renewable energy industries. The aim of this study is to design a Dish-Concentrating Solar-Tracking Stirling Power System. In the first stage of this study a planning in line with conference to design and manufacture which includes, 1)β type Stirling engine 2) Solar-tracking mechanics 3) Solar-tracking control system 4) Solar concentrator. In the second stage, a laboratory with different experimental test apparatus is set up and Stirling Power System will be examined and experimented. In addition, the performance analysis of the flow in Stirling engine which is using experiment data to simulate. The results indicated, 1) The key factors of keeping the Stirling engine efficient, is to maintain the temperature difference between the hot and cold sides, and to reduce unwanted mechanical losses; 2) Heat source temperature of the internal flow and pressure directly changes the efficiency of the engine’s output; 3) Numerical simulation of the engine’s maximum power is 293.21W, and the best theoretical efficiency is about 67%; 4) The instantaneous maximum power of the engine with a DC generator is 1.603mW; 5) The maximum power of a concentrator is 765W; 6) Lack of sensitivity on a Solar-tracking system, causes a deviation which is about 15 to 20 degrees.
