感應機特性之自動量測與分析

摘要


本論文主要為建立一套以個人電腦為平台的感應馬達特性量測系統,並應用於研究及實際的量測,透過個人電腦與圖形化人機介面軟體之設計與規劃,可自動化量測感應馬達之特性參數。感應馬達特性量測技術於IEEE標準中已具有明確的規範,經本論文分類比較而得到最具效益之量測方式,作為建立量測系統主軸。 本量測系統以LabVIEW圖控軟體結合MATLAB程式,應用於感應機特性自動量測;以LabVIEW所研製的虛擬儀器完成對馬達的控制和量測,提供了便於規劃的圖形化人機介面及彈性高、擴充性良好等功能。並利用MATLAB程式在感應電動機等效電路模型下,計算試驗數據並繪製馬達特性圓線圖;再將感應馬達圓線圖應用於不加負載的情況下,計算其最大輸入功率、最大輸出功率、最大輸出轉矩、最大功率因數、最大效率與轉差率的關係,並與CNS感應馬達測試標準比較,其測量結果均在標準範圍內。

The main purpose of this paper is to create a PC based motor test system and developed for the research and practical measurement, May automate the measurement of induction motor characteristic parameters by the personal computing and graphical human-machine interface software design and planning. Induction motor characteristics measurement technology in the IEEE standard have a clear classification, Therefore, this paper points out the most-effectiveness of more types of measurement as a means to establish a spindle measurement system. The measurement system combines LabVIEW graphical control software and MATLAB program applied to induction machines automatic measurement; The LabVIEW virtual instrument developed by the completion of motor control and measurement and provides a convenient graphical human-machine interface planning, high flexibility and good scalability. And induction motor using MATLAB programs in the equivalent circuit model for calculating the motor test data and drawing motor characteristic circuit diagram,Then the induction motor circuit diagram under used in does not increase the load situation Calculate the maximum input power, maximum power output, maximum output torque, maximum power factor, maximum efficiency and slip relationship, And compares its measurement result with the CNS induction motor test criteria in the reference range.
