腹式呼吸短期訓練有助於改善焦慮、緊張、煩躁等緩和情緒的效果,長期訓練有助於氣喘、肺氣腫等慢性呼吸道疾病改善或調整,而腹式呼吸訓練大都經由指導人員以口令進行引導,長期而言相當耗費時間及人力,若自行訓練則經常忘記實施,效果大打折扣。 為了讓更多人能夠輕鬆的進行腹式呼吸訓練,考量到智慧型移動設備快速成長,本研究提出以目前熱門的Android手機及Windows手機二種移動裝置做為腹式呼吸訓練引導設備,並實際驗證系統可行性。 系統硬體主要由壓力擷取系統與藍芽傳輸系統組成,其運作原理為腹式呼吸時的腹部力量使腰帶帶動機構對壓力感測器進行擠壓,微處理器進行腹部壓力訊號擷取後,將壓力數據進行資料型態轉換,再傳送到手機端分析腹部壓力變化並顯示,手機端的自動調節機制會依使用者的呼吸情形將引導時間調節到適當的時間並以手機MP3音效做為引導音效。
The short-term of abdominal breathing training has the effects of emotional relaxation that helps people to improve anxiety, tension, irritability and other negative emotional reflections. On the other hand, the long-term training can also help people to improve or regulate asthma, emphysema and other chronic respiratory disease. However, most of abdominal breathing training is conducted by instructors with oral commands; this would cost much time and manpower in the long run. Moreover, if people would like to achieve the training by their own, they might forget to practice the training all the time. Thus, the effect of abdominal breathing training would be greatly reduced. To make more people easily carry out the abdominal breathing training and take the rapid growth of smart mobile devices into consideration, this study is aimed at proposing two current popular mobile devices: Android and Windows phones as the guidance system of abdominal breathing training to examine the feasibility of the system that can really assist people to do abdominal breathing training effectively. The system is mainly composed of two parts: the pressure acquisition system and the Bluetooth transmission system. The principle of how it works is to grab the data through the tension changes processed by the microprocessor within the buckle, and transmit the data through the Bluetooth module to the phone for further analysis. When running this process, the mobile terminal's automatic adjustment mechanisms will synchronously adjust the time limits of exercise to a suitable number according to the user's breathing frequency for the user and will guide the user by means of the MP3 audio sound coming out from the phones.
