摘要

本研究在探討「樑柱系統辦公家具」（Post-and-Beam System Furniture）設計的功能與特色，並以採用此系統規劃設計的個案公司為案例，運用使用後評估（Post-Occupancy Evaluation簡稱POE）的方法評估探討開放辦公室工作站的使用情形。
研究藉由POE方法首先收集文獻資料，再以觀察訪談與問卷調查方式，瞭解使用者對於家具的使用性滿意度與使用不便因素的看法。雖然設計師規劃符合個案需求的規格產品，但經過POE調查的結果，所規劃的工作站功能與實際使用者的認知仍存差異。包括工作站格局、動線、外觀與色彩計畫、屏風高度與表板材質、桌板造形與色澤、電源與線束管理、收納櫃使用性與資訊設備使用性等的規劃，是設計時必要考量的重要因素。最後將建立一個適合系統辦公家具的POE模式，探討結果可以提供給辦公家具業者及專業設計師的參考。

This thesis is a case study applying Post-Occupancy Evaluation（POE）to an inquiry on the usability of an open office using Post-and-Beam System and the gaps between the designer’s intention during planning stages and the end-users’ perception during daily use. The major gaps found in this study include the storage function and circulation layout of the office, the form, color, materials, human scales, and facilities management of the workstations. These conclusions suggest a list of guidelines and a straightforward POE method for further development of the office workstation planning.
