近年來由於產品不斷推陳出新,造成企業競爭越加劇烈,因此若能提高新產品開發效率,將能提高企業的競爭力。然而,若能解決從「沒有有效的累績知識」以及「團隊的合作效率低落」的兩個問題點去思考新產品開發效率不彰的問題,將能提升新產品開發的效率。雖然透過「文件管理知識」以及「促進跨功能團隊間的溝通」是不錯的辦法,但仍存在著些許問題。因此本研究希望以「提升文件累積知識的效率」及「提高跨功能團隊間合作的模式」為出發點,提出了可以提升新產品開發效率的電子表單,透過這些電子表單來達到知識累積的效率更加提升,以及跨功能團隊之間的資訊更能互通有無。然而為了有效管理這些電子表單,本研究提出了新產品開發資訊系統,稱為CPDM。但是傳統上開發資訊系統的方式,效益相當不彰,因此本研究運用了軟體開發工具,稱為KM4,利用KM4平台內提供的元件以及創新的資料結構模型,不僅降低開發協同入口網站的門檻、縮短了系統開發時程,也降低系統維護的成本。最後,本研究運用KM4進行CPDM系統的建置,來說明CPDM是如何運用軟體開發工具進行資訊系統開發。
Recenetly, new products are weeding out the old and bringing forth the new constantly, and cause force competition between enterprise. It will enhance competitiveness while raise the efficiency of NPD. However, if we can take “inefficiency to accumulate knowledge” and “ineficiency team collaboration” as problem to think how to resolve the inefficiency of NPD, then it will raise the efficiency of NPD. Although it is good method to use “knowledge management by document ” and “cross-functional communication,” but it still remain some problems. So our research take “promote the efficiency of accumulating knowledge by document” and “promote the collaboration model of cross-functional model” as a goal to bring out e-forms to raise the efficiency of NPD. Using these e-forms to gain the efficiency of accumulating knowledge, and make information go through every cross-functional team.However, our research bring out an information system : CPDM, and it is useful to manage these e-forms. But traditionally, the method of implementing is really inefficiency. So our research applied software development kit : KM4. Using KM4’s component and innovative data structure model not only reduce the difficulty of information system and shorten the time of system development but also decrease the cost of system conservation. Finally, the research apply KM4 to implement CPDM to describe how to use software development kit to develop information system.
