複合材料救災便橋之試驗與分析

摘要


國內每逢颱風季時,常因連夜豪雨使得溪水暴漲,導致某些地區的聯外橋梁遭洪水及土石沖毀而形成孤島,為了快速恢復對外交通必須搭設便橋,以往便橋材料大多採用鋼構材,組裝時須倚賴重型機具,頗為費時費工,若能將鋼材替代成具高強度且重量輕的纖維複合材料,作為救災便橋,將可有效加快道路搶通及人員救援時間。 本文首先針對救災便橋之主梁與橫梁相接進行設計,以玻璃纖維複合材料作為主梁,以鋼材料作為橫梁,並依照規範規定進行複合材料主梁與鋼橫梁相接之細部設計,並進而設計橋面寬3公尺、跨度10公尺及承受5噸車載之便橋,且於國家地震工程研究中心進行相關性能試驗。此外,本文亦利用有限元素分析軟體MSC Patran進行模擬,其中纖維複合材料為正交異性材料(Orthotropic),於分析時考慮複合材料實際疊層效應,以準確模擬實驗的真實情況,最後並將所得之分析結果與試驗成果比對,藉此探討複合材料便橋整體結構特性。

The cross-river bridges were frequently washed away as result in foundation scouring or substructure attacked by flood in season of typhoon. The traffic network may accordingly be hurt or even ruptured and gives trouble to people live in the area isolated by broken bridges. In order to provide the effective emergence rescue, a kind of easy-erection temporary bridge for traffic is required to shorten time of social restoring after disaster. The fiber reinforcing plastic (FRP) has advantages of high strength, lightweight and good durability for reuse, etc., and is an ideal material for temporary bridge of emergence rescue. This thesis intends to do preliminary study on temporary bridge using FRP. A loading test of simply supported I-beam using glass fiber composite material was planed in this study, and conducted by National Center on Research on Earthquake Engineering (NCREE). The structural performance was able to be discussed and investigated. On the other hand, the finite element analysis was carried out and compared with the test outcomes for assuring the accuracy of the analytical model. The results obtained shows that certain degree of safety factor of the design is able to be certificated and the analytical model established is available to predict structural performance of the practical bridge.
