科主任是屬於高職學校的中層管理階層,編制是二級主管,可是其角色扮演是學校教育的核心工作,上承校長及處室主任之命,下銜科內教師執行領導、教學與行政業務,可說舉足輕重,其職責包含科務領導、課程教學、實習輔導、就業輔導、技藝競賽與技能檢定等方面。本研究配合高職科主任工作特性,針對實際的工作環境、群體關係、個人生涯規劃與組織管理等層面,將高職科主任感受工作壓力源的因素從工作因素、社會關係、生涯發展與組織因素四方面來探討,並分就科主任工作壓力源,提出因應調適之道。本研究主要研究方法為問卷調查法,統計分析方法包括描述性統計、平均數t考驗及單因子變異數分析,統計過程運用SPSS10.0 For Windows軟體分析。 本研究所得結論列舉如下: 一、高職科主任的工作壓力,主要來自「工作因素」、「組織因素」與「社會關係」,感受程度均為「具有壓力」。 二、高職科主任的工作壓力因應方式,主要為「工作應變」,其次為「心理調適」與「社會支持」。 三、高職科主任的工作壓力來源與感受程度之差異,受性別、學校性質、學校位置、年齡、最高學歷、服務年資、任職年資等背景因素影響。女性、私立、年齡較輕、服務年資與任職年資較少、學歷較低的高職科主任工作壓力較大。 四、高職科主任的工作壓力因應方式,主要受性別與任職年資影響。
The program heads’ belong to a middle managing stratum at vocational senior high school in Taiwan. Their position is second class manager in organization, but their role is the key man of school education. They should follow upper principal and other chiefs’ command. In the other word, they execute teaching stuff and lead administration affair. That means they play a decisive role. The responsibility includes department affairs leading, curriculum teaching, practical training counseling, occupation counseling, Skill contest and Technique examining, etc. This research cooperates with the program heads’. It focuses at working environment, social relationship, individual career planning and organization managing, etc. It treats about the working pressure sources of the program heads’ from four aspects: Working element, Social relationship, Career development and Organized elements. It also proposes ease solution for each working pressure sources. The main method of this research is “Questionnaire investigation”, the analytical method includes describing statistics, average t value test, and 1-Way ANOVA. The procedure uses SPSS10.0 for Windows to do the analysis. The result is listed below: First, the working pressure of the program heads’ at vocational senior high school comes mainly from “working environment”, “organization managing” and “social relationship”. About the feeling, “General speaking it is pressure” is the most common. Second, the solving ways in working pressure of the program heads’ at vocational senior high school, the main method is “change of job function”, the next is “mentality adjusting” and “social supporting”. Third, the working pressure sources and how they feel about the pressure might be affected by gender, school property, school location, age, educational background and serving seniority background elements. Female, work at private vocational high school, young, less serving seniority and low educational background ones usually suffer higher pressure. Fourth, the solving ways in working pressure of the program heads’ at vocational senior high school are mainly affected by gender and serving seniority.
