電子報於工程資訊應用之實例探討

摘要

透過網際網路的輔助來整合知識，從而產生新的知識及發展的誘因，也順勢帶動了各產業的發展與提升。而營建業因其獨特的工程特性，使得工作上的資料蒐集相對的繁雜與不易，加上與資訊領域專業性上的差異，因此遲遲未能藉由資訊科技快速的促進發展與提升不足。本研究希望能找出適當的網路工具來協助解決工程上人員溝通管道不佳、資料整合不易以及訊息傳遞無法即時步等問題。
在網路上資訊傳遞與溝通的工具中，電子郵件應該算是最普通、最易上手且最沒有負擔的科技，而電子報則兼具了電子郵件與網站的特性。所以本研究首先探討電子報在作為網路溝通與交流工具的優勢與缺點，並且由文獻報告中彙整出發行電子報以及其內容型態所能獲得的預期效益，再經由各種網站平台規格的探討找出適當的電子報發行工具
最後透過北科土木系系友會電子報的實際架設與發行，驗證架設電子報其實不難，反而是要審慎考量該以何種內容型態才能達成預期的效益。接著以部分系友會成員的意見結果，作為發行效益的另一個實例驗證，並作為系友會電子報改進的依據。也希望透過本研究的研究成果，能夠作為人力、物力及財力不高的中、小企業或組織在發行電子報時的參考。

Through the Internet auxiliary to integrate knowledge to produce new knowledge and development incentives, which also lead to the development and enhancement of the industry. The data collection in construction industry is relatively complicated and not easy due to its unique engineering features as well as the existing professional differences from the information field, that is why the development and enhancement are still stumbled to be promoted even under fast pace of information technology. This study hopes to find the appropriate network tools to assist in solving the problems such as the engineering staffs’ communication channel, data integration, and instant messages transmission, etc.
The tools of information communicate and transmit in internet, e-mails should be regarded as the most common, the easiest of use and the least burden on science and technology, moreover, electronic newspapers have the characteristics of both e-mails and website. On the basis of the strengths and weaknesses of the electronic newspapers obtained firstly. Then, through related literatures research reports to collate electronic newspapers expected benefits from its issued and content type. Following with exploring the specifications of various web platform to identify appropriate tools.
At last, setup and issue through NTUT alumni association electronic newspapers, to verify the set-up of the electronic newspaper is in fact not difficult, yet in order to achieve the expected benefits content type must be carefully taken into consideration, with the practical proofs summed up from some Alumni’s opinion to verify its benefits of issuance as the basis of improvement, hopefully the research results of this study can be referred by those small businesses or organizations who have insufficient resources in manpower, material and finance.
