對於不同的市場政策的存貨控制政策大部分對於損耗性商品的都是非常敏感的,特別是在化學、食物、飲料、製藥工業。在實務上爲了實現這些存貨政策的重要性,為了決定一個多階生產系統原物料的經濟生產批量(EPQ)和經濟訂購批量(EOQ),發展了一個整合生產存貨市場模型。在本篇文章提供一個整合單一生產的整合存貨模型。在此系統中,需求率為常數的假設在產品的生命週期的成熟期是非常有效的,並且系統允許缺貨,而且隨著時間會以一個比例缺貨待補。本篇研究從同時考量生產者和販售者的觀點發展一個整合生產存貨模型。對於考慮關於判定整合系統的全域最佳值可以採用一個嚴格數學證明判定出全域最佳解,並且可以得到對於買賣雙方最大的總利潤。
In the most situations of inventory control policies for deteriorating items are very sensitive to different marketing policies especially in chemical, food, drink pharmaceutical industries. Realizing the importance of such inventory policies in practice, an integrated production-inventory-marketing model is developed for determining the economic production quantity (EPQ) and economic order quantity (EOQ) for raw materials in a multi-stage production system. In this paper a unified inventory model for integrated production system with a single product is presented. In the system, the assumption of a constant demand rate is usually valid in the mature stage of the life cycle of the product and the system allows for shortages. This study develops an integrated production-inventory model from the perspectives of both the manufacturer and the retailer. A rigorous mathematical proof which shows the global optimality solution to consider about inventory model that introduced to determine the values of integrated production system and would result in the minimum total cost about one vender and one buyer.
