本篇文章以主流VoIP通訊協定Session Initiation Protocol與 Real-Time Transport Protocol為基礎,設計多人視訊會議系統。 本論文所提出視訊會議系統具有以下特色: 第一, 設計Multi-User H.263-based video code,減少記憶體配置空間,並且能正確解碼多線的圖片。 第二, 針對圖片因封包遺失而丟棄的問題,提出影像封包重傳機制,提升影像傳送完整度。 第三, 即時網路流量控制,調整適當的fps與壓縮格式,使系統與用戶端能快速適應網路頻寬變化。 第四, 提出遵循SIP的多人視訊會議系統,其主要特色乃為高擴展性與相容性。
This thesis devotes to design a video conference system ,which is based on the main VoIP protocol - Session Initiation Protocol and Real-Time Transport Protocol. The SIP-based video conference system focus on four topics. First , video conference system can reduce space of memory and decode the correct picture from multi-source by the design of multi-user based on H.263 video code. Second , we introduce the video packet retransmission mechanism to upgrade the video transmission integrity and to compete packet loss Third , the system and the client can quickly adapt to changes in network bandwidth by real-time network traffic control what can adjust the appropriate fps and compression formats Fourth, make the people follow the SIP video conferencing systems, its main features is high scalability and compatibility
