The primary purpose of this article was to investigate the moderating roles of interviewer’s positive mood, interviewer’s negative mood, between application personality and interviewer evaluation application’s personality. The second purpose was to investigate the moderating roles of interviewer’s positive mood, interviewer’s negative mood, between application physical attractiveness, sex-stereotype and interviewer evaluation. Results from 160 real employment interviews for actual job openings partially supported our hypotheses. The results indicated that interviewer’s positive mood was strength the positive effects of application’s Extraversion, Openness to Experience on interviewer judgment application personality. The results also indicated that negative mood was strength the positive effects of application’s Openness to Experience on interviewer judgment application personality.
