本論文之主要目的在於設計與製作一電源供應器,以符合脈波幅度調變(Pulse Amplitude Modulation, PAM)之驅動控制。而此電源供應器之輸入電壓為市電110V/AC,且輸出電壓變化範圍為160V~280V/DC。 此系統電路共分為兩級,第一級為功率因數修正(Power Factor Correction, PFC)電路,主要將輸入交流電壓(110V/AC)經整流而且做功率因數修正後,將電壓升至160V~280V/DC,藉以提高系統功率因數與降低電流諧波所造成的污染,此電路使用德州儀器所出產之UC3854穩壓積體電路。 第二級為輔助電源電路,主要將160V~280V/DC降壓至直流21V、12V、5V與-5V四組輸出直流電壓,以提供電路中積體電路、控制器與其他電子電路所需之電源,此電路使用TOP Switch之穩壓積體電路。 本論文最後研製一輸入電壓110V/AC,輸出電壓160V~280V/DC,功率為400W之昇壓型主動式功率因數修正器與一功率為15W之四組直流電壓(21V、12V、5V、-5V)的輔助電源,以實驗結果驗證理論。
The objective of this thesis is to design and implement the power supply for driver with Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) control. The input voltage is 110V/AC and the output voltage varies between 160V and 280V DC to provide power for PAM-controlled driver. This system has two stages. The first stage consists of Power Factor Correction, (PFC) circuit which acts as a rectifier and power factor corrector, and boost the voltage to 160V~280VDC. The circuit is controlled by TI UC3854 power factor corrector IC. The second stage is auxiliary power circuit which gives four outputs of 21V, 12V, 5V and -5V by stepping down the input voltage of 160V~280VDC, to provide power for the other subsystems such as, integrated circuit, controller circuit and other electronic circuit. This stage is controlled by TOP switch, which is a control IC for voltage regulator. The specifications of the implemented power supply for driver with PAM control are: input voltage 110VAC and output power 400W. The experimental results confirm the design and implementation.
