短距離無線技術的開端是一個簡單的概念;「擺脫電纜線的束縛」,從傳統的有線傳輸逐漸轉向無線架構,它已經實現了許多人的希望和夢想,從紅外線/藍芽Bluetooth/RFID/ Zigbee,許多無線新技術經過研究發明出來,帶給人們更加便利的生活。 本研究結合技術道路圖與專利地圖,分析探討「短距離無線技術之Zigbee的應用領域」,在技術道路圖中一一分析其功能項目、成分屬性、關鍵技術與技術變更歷程;在專利地圖中,管理圖:衡量專利技術所處狀態,歷年專利產出發展情形判別主導該技術國家判別主導該技術之重要企業或研究機構找出領域內之技術研究趨勢及方向;技術圖:掌握該領域內之主要技術之發展與趨勢開發領域的選定與技術評估,同時提供後續專利申請與佈局參考;權利圖:掌握受專利權保護之技術範圍,提供迴避設計參考;交叉驗證技術道路圖與專利地圖其關連性,可了解短距離無線技術之Zigbee整體產業市場與環境之發展趨勢,並提供業界與學者一個參考。
Short distance wireless communication technology comes from a simple concept: 「get rid of the constraint of the cable wire」. From the traditional wire-communication gradually transfers to the wireless framework, it already lets lots of people’s hopes and dreams become reality in practice. Passing through the Bluetooth, RFID, Zigbee, etc., the technology of the communication is getting more advances. More the inventions of the wireless newest technologies have been implemented from the lab, more convenient life we enjoy. This research combines the technnology road map and patent map together to analyze and to discuss the "short range wireless technology of zigbee application field." In technnology road map; it will analyze its functional items, the ingredient attributes, the key technologies and the technical change course. In patent map; it can separate to three aspects to discuss --- First, the management map aspect: it can evaluate the patent tech's status, also according to the patent history of the development situation to distinguish and to find the trend of, and the direction of the research form the lead of the countries, enterprises or research institutes wihin specific field. Second, Technical map: it grasps development and the tendency in this domain and finds the major technique designation and the technology assessment, also provides the following patented claim and the layout reference. Third, claim map: it grasps technology of scope the patent protection and provides the evasion design reference.
