台灣過去因為專科改制,使技職教育偏向學術化,在教學上比較忽略對學生就業力的培養,也導致產生學用落差。有鑑於此,若能瞭解產業界對所需人才必須具備之條件與專業能力之看法與意見,將有助於提升教師教學及學生學習之目標性,培育產業所需求之人才。本研究首先透過收集與整理相關文獻為基礎建構出修正式德菲法專家問卷,再使用此問卷去了解與彙整專家意見,最後透過深度訪談再針對該領域之專家進行三個構面分析與建議,分別為學用落差現況、成因與改善策略,最後統整修正式德菲法問卷與深度訪談所得到的結果,提供給政府、學校、企業主等做為了解與改善學用落差之參考與建議,而學用落差改善策略方面歸納出四大方向,分別為企業與教育單位建立相互合作訓練機制、企業自主教育訓練、教育內容體制改善與提升選才機制準確性。
Taiwan restructuring specialist make vocational education tend to academic in the past, the education of Taiwan ignores the training of employability of students, also lead to the gap between learning and applying. In view of this, if we can understand the opinions and views of condition and professional competence of talented person that industry needs, will help the goal of teaching and student learning upgrade, foster the demand of industry professionals. This research construct a modified Delphi expert questionnaire by the collection and compilation of relevant literature, then use this questionnaire to understand and archives the expert opinions.Finally, conduct the analysis and recommendation of the three dimensions by in-depth interviews with the experts, which is the gap between learning and applying status、origin and improvement strategy, and arrange the results that obtained from Modified Delphi Method questionnaire and in-depth interviews, and let the results as the recommendations and reference of understanding and improvement of the gap between learning and applying provide for government, schools and business. Induction four directions of improvement strategy of the gap between learning and applying, include establish mutual cooperation training mechanism between enterprises and educational institution, enterprise independent education and training, improve the content of the education system and improve the accuracy of election mechanism.
