本文的目的是研製一個數位信號處理器控制之1 kW的單相昇壓式功率因數修正器。其原理是控制轉換器開關的導通與截止,以達到輸入電壓電流同相位與調整輸出端電壓的功能。所採用的控制架構是多迴路控制方式,包含電流內迴路及電壓外迴路,藉由平均電流控制法所實現之電路使輸入電流能追隨正弦命令電流,達到單位功因的目的。 實驗結果顯示,由無載切換至滿載具有良好的動態響應以及低諧波失真、高功率因數、高效率及寬廣的線電壓範圍等優點。
The objective of this thesis is to develop a DSP-based single-phase boost converter with power factor correction. The voltage and current can be in phase by controlling the power device. The controller consists of two control loops. The inner loop is controlled using average current mode control law to force the current following its reference to improve the power factor. The outer loop is for voltage control to control the DC-link voltage. Experimental results show that the implemented system is with the following advantages: good dynamics from no load to full load, low harmonic distortion, high power factor, high efficiency and wide range of line voltage.
